Location is very good, staff are friendly and nice and facilities are good. I would say it is more than a 4 star hotel.

I booked a room through booking.com. for some reason, the payment is not completed when booking and hotel sends a separate message and a link to transfer money. Not a good practice from cyber security perspective. They should do it in a more secure way. For example payment is done through booking.com entirely or in person before checking in.

This Barcelona Hotel has modern amenities and is located right next to a modern mall and across the street from a national museum, and just a short walk to some good beaches for a nice walking hike. The room was clean and functional, and the Wi-Fi relatively speedy. I was there for both work and a short vacation so for checking email etc, it was adequate. I love to walk when I travel to a new city, and This hotel is close to good beaches and a couple of other modern hotels The hotel has two pools and a few restaurants as well as some bars. Rooftop has an amazing view and is very good for taking pictures and city gazing. Second pool is smaller but has a nice restaurant and is good for some cafe drinking and people watching. I chose the breakfast buffet option which was very good and well run. They do shut it down relatively early so be sure to get early enough to enjoy it. The hotel is clean and has a very responsive staff.

Not much else in this location. You are fairly far away from the older Gothic section and famous cathedrals. Hotel is a bit rundown. A fair amount of wear and tear on doors and hallways. The rooftop pool got crowded and noisy with some loud young vacationers. Relatively expensive, there are more affordable options in this city Lots of street Noise.

Location is prime and close to public transportation. The room was exactly how it was pictured online. More than enough space for a couple. Check-in was smooth due to utilizing the pre check-in option. FREE mini bar is a plus.

Establishment could have a better iron, especially for the amount of money they charge for the room. AC units could be installed. Being on the top floor, the AC is slacking and is no Bueno after a hot day. Breakfast could be a little bit better, like who doesn't provide maple syrup if you're serving waffles and pancakes.

Amazing location, perfect for etaying if you are attending any event at parc del forum which is literally across the street! Also two steps away is a big mall with everything you could need, from toiletries to spanish fashion, to a big supermarket, restaurants, etc. The actual hotel and rooms were gorgeous and very aesthetic, cool bar right at the entrance, and a very comprehensive range of free toiletries offered ( toothbrush and toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, body cream/lotion, showercap, little hair comb, hair dryer available with a plug in bathroom (actually there is multiple plugs in the bathroom so you can charge your phone and listen to music while you get ready!) Beautiful views of either the city (including the sagrada familia!) or of the beach/parc del forum side. also the lobby has free refillable infused waters (orange slices, cucumber slices, or like slices) very refreshing for the barcelona heat

Lighting in room could have been better- there was no lights ontop of the only fill length mirror in the room, so it made getting dressed/made up difficult, even during day time with full natural ligjt colong through, as the mirror is in a dark corner with no lighting on it. Also when i was checking in, it was noy mentioned that the items in the mini bar in the room were free of charge. this is a plus point that i think should be mentioned when people check in! Also hair conditioner could ne added to the shower amenities.

amazing view on the city - seeing the Sagrada Familia in the distance, and bits of the sea :) great breakfast buffet 2 min walk to the sea front - I had an amazing run on the promenade I was too busy to visit the pools, but overall the hotel feels brand new The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but there's a metro and a tram just close by.

The duvet was a bit too thin, a thicker one would be better. The automatic settings of the temperature of the room was perfect and the aircon was not noisy or anything, but the duvet was just too thin... There were several American guests taking calls late at night (after 11pm and midnight) in the corridors... They apparently wanted to take the calls outside of their room to avoid waking up their roommates, but they had no care for other guests...

We went to the Cruilla Music Festival and you could not get a closer location than this hotel - it was right outside the entrance / exit so perfect. It was also 5 mins walk from a good beach, and you could walk along the promenade into the centre of Barcelona (takes about an hour), or hop on a tube which is right by the hotel and takes about 20 mins. You can also easily get a tram to Sagrida Familia - takes about 15 mins. The bar staff and cleaning staff were so lovely. There were two small pools and a small fitness / sauna area to use, but we never had an issue getting a sunbed or seat. We ate one night in the bar/restaurant and the food was fantastic. You are also 2 mins from a large shopping mall with plenty of eateries.

This was one of the most comfortable stays we had and everything was top-notch. The room service and the staff were great, the food was good, the pools were amazing (although a bit small, but that’s the standard for a rooftop). They were really helpful and nice and they even prepared a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday with a brownie, complimentary cava and a note, which was a true highlight. The attention to details is unmistakeable and I’d definitely recommend this place!

It was a bit far away from the city center, but very well connected through public transport - bus and subway station nearby.

Very close to my work conference venue - the Barcelona convention centre. Most staff were accommodating, friendly and very helpful. Exemplary service from Natalya and David who were only too happy to help me with anything I needed, especially the tourist attractions. The room was always beautifully clean & tidy (except for once when the drainer was left out of the sink). Bed was superbly comfortable. I loved the free bar fridge mineral water which was topped up each day.

Sink in the bathroom did not drain properly and when I mentioned this someone came to fix it (and left a calling card) but it still didn’t drain properly. The next day after I returned from being out during the day the cleaner had left the whole sink drainer/plug out of the sink (she probably thought it drain properly either). When I rang and told someone (a male) at the desk no-one came to rectify this. Maybe there was a bit of a language barrier - I’m not certain.

Had a very nice and amazing stay for my birthday here with my friends. The hotel all in all was very clean and facilities such as the pool and sauna were the highest of standards. The staff were very helpful as well for when we checked in, due to the awkward time of our flight landing, we managed to check in a bit sooner. Couldn’t be happier with the helpfulness and patience of the staff. And our rooms were clean and perfect size and me our requirements, they also left me a birthday drink in the room which was a nice touch. The location is good as well as it’s not too far from the beach and having the shopping centre next door helps incase you forgot to bring something in the suitcase. Big up Marco and the boys, definitely recommend to book here.

Spacious rooms with large comfortable beds. Good quality toiletries and a decent mini bar. Breakfast spread was very good. Excellent location in terms of connectivity - bus & tram stops are right in front. Metro station is only a short walk away. There is even a taxi stand nearby. There is a mall right next to the hotel, lots of options for shopping and eating.

Wifi - one of the worst wifi connections that I have experienced in a hotel. Lifts - there are 3 lifts for the 23+ floors. you have to wait for lifts almost always, and most times it could be a long wait. An electric kettle or coffee/tea maker is missing, should have been there for this price. The corridors on my floor weren't kept clean.
