The Hostal is centrally located and close to all amenities like the metro, restaurants, supermarkets and touristic sites. The staff are good and everything is well organized.

The internet service is horrible!.it was extremely poor and inaccessible in the room. Only available at the communal place which really sucks. There is need for management to look into this problem and rectify by upgrading the internet service because alot depends on the internet these days.

Amazing location and very kind staff.

Some of the sheets and towels weren't very clean. However the staff made sure to replace them with clean ones right away. In addition to this, the room was extremely small for three adults, something that wasn't exactly shown in the booking pictures, where the room appeared fairly big. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay and we recommend it, especially for its location.

The location is great, we arrived early so it was nice to see that the rooms actually get thoroughly cleaned. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. If I’m in Barcelona again I would stay here again.

Even though it was clean, we dealt with 2 roaches. The staff was great except for one lady who was pretty rude and ignored us multiple times, and I mean we were right in front of her talking to her and she just stayed silent and then made calls. Very unprofessional.

Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and quiet. There is easy access to the metro and is a few minutes away from Casa Mila and Sagrada Familia. If you know Spanish, you won't have problem. I arrived after check-in hours, so I had to go to a location 2 minutes away to collect my key, but they send you an email with the address beforehand.

There were major problems with the WIFI, it cut out a few times. Also, not sure why, but my room did not have a bin, though there is one in front of the desk.

Location, cleaning, shower, free coffee and water

There's little sound isolation between rooms, the doors are not easy to close from the outside which results in guests exiting and making a lot of noise in the morning while you're sleeping. Also, if the room near you is using the shower, it makes a lot of noise

The location is perfect. A lot of cafes and supermarkets around. The staff is really frendly and welcoming The room was cleaned every day Air conditiner Access to refrigirator, microvawe oven, fresh water, tea and coffee

Our room was small but decent and as expected. Clean. Nice staff, and we learnt something about catalan culture. Great location, we basically walked everywhere in Barcelona. Supermarket, car parking, bars and restaurants just few metres away.

Close to the main attractions. Safe area. We were able to check in late. And leave the key early in the morning. The receptionist is super nice. They clean the room everyday.

The building and the room had a smell. I asked the receptionist and he said it’s the air conditioning. It’s an old building with centralized AC so it has some smell.

Localization of the place is amazing. Also the facilities of the hostal, cleaning and information gave by the people that worked there were excelent. We just loved staying there and for sure we want to get back when in BCN.

The mattress we slept could have been a little more comfortable. Besides that we do not have complaints.

The hotel's location is very convenient. The room was cosy. Bed linen and towels were changed daily. The hotel staff was very polite. We stayed at the hotel for a few days, so for a short stay, everything was perfect.

The hot water cooler was broken. There weren't any dishes for heating in the microwave.
