All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very welcoming. The property was clean. The roof top bar and pool were lovely with beautiful views. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of foods which was regularly being refreshed. I’d suggest adding this on when booking as it works out cheaper, I didn’t but ended up having it everyday. Beds were comfy and rooms clean. I also managed to get late check out at €10 ph.

The location is really out of the city. There is minimal around the hotel and I had to catch taxis everywhere. I couldn’t pop back to change or refresh. It’s a shame because the note really was lovely. I had a room on the first floor which seemed to have this weird metal mesh thing outside the windows which stopped all views. I’d request a room on a higher level if I ever stayed again. I did ask to change but unfortunately the hotel was booked out so couldn’t.

The location is a bit far out so taxis are required, and although there is a taxi rank in front of the hotel there is no guarantee there will be one when you need it so pre booking is necessary

We stayed as a family of four in a standard room and absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was fabulous – the room was immaculate, spacious, and had nice touches like complimentary bottles of water each day. Housekeeping came in daily and kept everything spotless. The staff really made our stay special. Reception were always helpful, and the breakfast team were amazing – they provided gluten-free breads for me each morning, plus there was a great variety at breakfast including lactose-free milk. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The hotel is in a lovely quiet location, around 15 minutes by Uber into the centre. While the area isn’t as picturesque as the city centre, it’s very safe – my friend who lives nearby reassured us it’s the commercial district. We even walked 15 minutes to an incredible Argentinian steakhouse and a great pizzeria sports bar, both of which I’d highly recommend. Overall, a fantastic stay – we’d definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything was great. The hotel staff were very friendly and nice. The food was very good, there was lots of variety for breakfast and the evening meals were really excellent. It's a lovely big hotel, it has a huge lobby that's great to relax in or play pool. I used the gym while there, it has everything I needed. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. It didn't look old at all. There is a huge shopping centre that is amazing, we've never been in one so good. It is a short walk away, called Diagonal Mar. I've never been in Barcelona before but found it very easy to use the transport and easily go wherever we wanted to go.

Amazing staff, the room was cleaned daily, new water bottles every day and just overall a lovely stay. Wanted to say a special thanks to the most welcoming receptionist Inma, she checked us in and also checked us out and was very helpful throughout our whole trip. She’s absolutely wonderful! :)

Location is not the best, quite far from the center but everything can be easily reached with metro that’s not too far from the hotel.

Large rooms ideal for a group. Nice roof top pool.

We had a lovely time and the staff were very helpful although did have one encounter with staff late in the evening. He asked the group to slow down before proceeding to almost immediately shout and threaten to call the police. We now believe he meant to be quieter which would have been an entirely fair comment as it was late and being a group we could have been loud. That being said; this isn’t what he said and the sudden escalation to threatening to call the police felt unjust. Otherwise we had a really lovely trip and would return to the hotel.

Breakfast was not good enough for the asking price. Very limited amount of gluten free food. No Filter Coffee, only automatic coffee mashines. The selction was ok. But the beans and eggs were cold at 9:30 am. There is def room for improvement. Especially for 18 EUR per person. The location is ok. There is a shopping mall around. The area is not the best though. Looked a little rundown.

Breakfast was very good and all the common facilities. Lobby, terrace (during the summer sould be even better) etc. nice cozy decoration and most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Location was near the sea and close with taxi to the Center. Excellent terrace view of the City. Very Nice food and drinks to order at the Lobby until midnight or room service.

Wifi signal was really bad not easy to work from there. Most of the Staff at the reception where very very helpful and friendly but others where totally indifferent. Cleaning in the room was not the best. The location is nice but a bit deserted around good thing that they have good food and drinks to order at the Lobby until late.

This hotel was lovely! The rooftop pool and bar are amazing… pool towels are available from the main reception downstairs… Views were lovely too…. The club sandwich was delicious! Aircon worked well… albeit old, it worked! Staff were friendly and polite. Live saxophonist on the rooftop terrace was a lovely touch… This hotel is a bus/metro ride from the centre of Barcelona… but that was exactly what I wanted. 10 minute walk to the beach and there is a shopping mall very close also.

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly with the previously guests hair stuck to the floor (the room had just been mopped!) in both the bedroom and the bathroom! The towels weren’t great quality and the bedding was very crisp - not pleasant on sunburn 🤣 The temperature in the shower was difficult to fix to something that didn’t take off the top layer of sunburned skin. I didn’t like the smell of the products in the room (shower gel and hair washing!) but we had our own anyway! Bathroom door didn’t close properly swinging in both directions… our toilet and sink were both cracked.
