Location was central. Staff helpful and friendly.

The hotel is located in a very good location, close to the bus and metro stops, although it is so well located that you don't need public transport. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. But, I think the walls here are not made of stone, and the noise from the side rooms, from the upper floor, from the toilet, I think is very annoying. Also, the breakfast is very bad, you can say that there is nothing to eat at breakfast, so it's just not worth paying extra money for it, I don't recommend it. It's better to have breakfast outside for the same price.

The location is excellent, just few blocks to the Sagrada Familia area with a lot of bars and restaurants. Walking distance to the Glories shopping mall. Metro station "Monumental" just two blocks from the hotel, taking Line 2 you can be in less than 10 minutes in Paseo Des Gracias and you can also combine to line 4 and go to Poble Sec. It was great.

The elevators have some technical issues, however the problems were solved during my stay. Nothing to worry about. Apparently they are doing some installation upgrading so sometimes I used the stairs. This was not a problem for me but maybe it would be an issue for people with disabilities.

We travelled as a family, two adults and a teenager. We had booked a triple room, and all photos suggested that there would be three beds in the same room. After checking in we discovered that our room had a separate bedroom for the teen and was very spacious. This was an incredible surprise, and very welcome! Hotel staff was very nice, the breakfast was enough to get us started on a day and the lady tending to breakfast was also really nice. The location was perfect for us, not in the busiest area, so it was quieter, but still a walking distance from most places. Would definitely stay here again!

The shower curtain in the room was a bit stained, and seemed a bit dirty. Electrical plug in the bathroom looked a bit suspicious.

We liked everything – the staff was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The area was beautiful and clean. The room, although a bit small, had a very nice bathroom and was spotless – 10/10 for cleanliness. The breakfast was very good. The area also has a huge shopping mall nearby for anything you might need, just ten minutes away on foot, and the metro is an 8-minute walk to the city center!

Very friendly staff in Reception, and in the Breakfast Lounge. THANK the Lady in the Reception, did her best to fix the problem with a child crib in our room. Breakfast was really delicious at a fair price.. I would say, whoever stays in this hotel, doesn't need to go elsewhere for the Breakfast. And also the rooms,the Toilette ,and the bath were very clean.

Well, of course nowhere is ideal, i stayed many times in 5 Star Hotels, even in those Hotels there was something I did not like. What I did not like in this hotel,, is actually nothing to do with the hotel, or the Hotel Staff, it was a little bit loud out in the street,especially Mornings cuz of the Traffic of course, but the Location is so, you are almost in city center, 15 Mins walking distance from the La Sagrada Familia.

The hotel is located in a fairly good spot for Barcelona, only 13 minutes of walking from Sagrada Familia and within 2 minutes of walking from 2 metro stations(Monumentum & Glories), allowing you to comfortably travel through the city and taking various metro lines. THE STAFF: EXCELLENT, ESPECIALLY VERONICA,WHO MADE OUR STAY MORE PLEASENT AND WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND SMILING,THE BEST. All of the staff was generallh helpful and gave us decent recommandations for both transportation and facilities to make our Barcelona trip more valuable.

Despite all, there were somethings to imporve. YOU NEED TO HAVE A CLOTHES IRON FOR THE GUESTS. Maybe consider including breakfast in the fees of the hotel, since you had a buffet and it would be really more conveninent(10 euro/person per breakfast may be a little high priced). Also one of our rooms(interconnected) did not have a window, just saying xp!

The property was very clean and well maintain it was a beautiful place to stay staffed was very nice kind and helpful they recommended places to have dinner and arranged taxi service for us there are so many places within walking distance of the hotel we had a very nice time there even though our stay was short we really liked this hotel .

There is nothing I dislike about this property

The room was big enough, very confortable and the breakfast was 5/5. The location of the hotel is perfect. It's near to La Sagrada Familia and you can also walk to La Barceloneta (45 min). There are also laundry services around.

A service of early breakfast should work as it does in other hotels. For example, for cases when you need to check out really early.

The staff are really friendly, the room was very quiet, the location was excellent for reaching 22@ and the Sagarda Familia area, and the metro Monumental is very near. The hotel is very clean, 24 hr reception, excellent bed and shower. Good inernet and very useful desk. Irconditioning was superb.

There was one light that was not working and too few electric plugs to charge a mobile.
