The breakfast was delicious and replenished fresh throughout breakfast time. There were a variety of food & beverage selections. Room was clean, decorated nicely. I appreciate that the staff of Ibis strives to provide guests with requests.

While I appreciate that the staff of Ibis strives to provide guests with requests, ie, ice, water, cups for drinking, I think a small refrigerator for each room could be beneficial. The rooms' are energy efficient requiring the card key & small panel, to generate the rooms' electricity: this process would only minimally disrupt the energy use by a small room refrigerator.

All hotel looks really nice, rooms are clean and swimming pool at the rooftop really nice, but water was bit colder.... Breakfast delicious and Sangria in the evening at nice cosy terrace perfect....

Personal at the reception... really disappointed. we had to leave hotel at 6:30am for out flight... I asked two day earlier, if it's possible to get small paper bag with breakfast to take away at 6:30 - breakfast open at 7:00am...! respond: it's not possible, because our hotel doesn't do it... sorry... but we left at 6:30am.. not at 4am... it that time all is almost ready for breakfast- so I really don't understand, what is so difficult to put one apple with one croissant in paper bag... also two days earlier I asked if is possible to get taxi at 6:30 in front of the hotel to drive to the airport.... respond at the desk - No, our hotel does not provide such services... the reluctance and lax attitude of the receptionist discouraged us from returning to this hotel

Hotel was located at a good location. Breakfast was really good. We had all what we needed except Fried egg. Varities of Fruits Juices, cakes, Bread scrumble eggs etc and other lots of Breakfast stuff. Staff was friendly especially i mostly dealt with Muhammad who was really helpful. Other staff i didn't know the name were also entertained me with a smile. There is a swimming pool on 7th floor opened from 10:00am to 10;00pm but we didn't use it.

Parking - Parking is too expensive. We had to pay 20EURO / Night I know my this comment not going to change anything but just want to let everyone know the Parking rate at this hotel.

A great stay in Barcelona. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous, it made our stay easier on the day the electricity was turned off all over Spain. Especially helpful and kind was Mr. Ludwik The hotel is clean, well maintained and comfortable. The rooftop pool looks great, although due to an intense vs. short trip we did not have time to use it. The neighborhood is safe both day and night, close to the beach, which is not as populated as Barceloneta.

Everything was fine, if I have to find anything to complain about already, it would be the breakfasts could have minimally more hot dishes and be more varied, but nevertheless they were very tasty

The location of the hotel was very decent. You can easily walk to the metro in a couple of minutes. In addition it takes 20-30 minutes to walk to the center. It has everything that you can expect from Ibıs Hotels around the world, so I would say it is always a good value for its price. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and that was one of the most positive things about our stay.

the registration process of the wifi connection was a little tricky. It was not something particular to Ibıs hotels, but the entire corporation's policy, but that could be easier.

Very nice hotel with a comfortable bedroom, a nice breakfast buffet and an overall very friendly atmosphere. It was my birthday and they came to my room with a little cake as a gift, I found that very special. Unfortunately I got sick during the trip and didnt have the opportunity to check the swimming pool. I asked for a somewhat later checkout because of being sick, and they accepted. Very, very friendly staff.

The location was a bit off the city centre, albeit easily connected to it and to the beaches by metro. You could actually walk to the beach which is anyway good.

Very family friendly hotel, decent breakfast, no extra charge for kids staying in the room, toys in the lobby. Somebody took a lot of time decorating. Also, they keep adding us with a cot at the end of the hallway, which has happened three times now booking with a cot - meaning they are putting people at the end of the hallway on purpose when they have young kins. It shows them trying to reduce noise issues for other customers. Considerate and well run hotel, returned for third time. Nice bartender made a caipirinha even though it wasn't on the menu

The bar could have some extra wine/beer options. The hotel seems to deal with cancelled Vueling flights, so when there are extra guests all of sudden it gets very busy in the lobby, and the staff and bar can't really cope due to many people eating the (free and provided) food.

The room was clean and had enough space. The staff at the desk was very nice and helpful. The location was great and we could easily walk or take the metro to all the places we wanted to visit.

The shower caused a lot of water to get on the floor so our towels were constantly wet from drying all the water that spilled out of the shower. The pool area was quite small and there were no towels so we did not use it. We thought we had breakfast included with our stay but it was not shared at check in so we did not use it.

The positive things are the location of the hotel and maids who clean daily.

1. At the accommodation I got a room with a view of a wall, and for an accommodation for 7 days it's a bit much to stay without seeing anything, after talking at the reception I got another room with a view outside. I think it should mentioned when you book the room, that it does not have a view or to reduce the price. 2. Breakfast is the same every day, nothing has changed about it, the same daily omelette. 3. After 12:00 PM, at the reception, the entrance to the hotel, they put a spray with the smell of unwashed feet, something terrible.

Almost everything. It is near the metro station and at 10-15 minutes walking from the beach. It was clean. The pool on the roof was great. They even have umbrellas for the beach that you can borrow for free. The staff was nice and helpful.

It would have been perfect to have a minibar/mini-fridge in the room, to keep a bottle of water cold (especially during the summer). Also, in the first day, we received some dirty towels, but that was a one-thing only.
