Amazing, room is a bit small but the bed is the most comfortable and amazing Japanese inspired bathroom

Price is expensive for the room space and the neighbourhood is not ideal for the touristy places to visit

Everything in the room was wonderful - the beds are most comfortable I have every slept in! The bathroom was spacious, the shower was brilliant (great pressure) & the steam iron and powerful hairdryer was a nice addition! The rooftop was lovely too.

THE £900 SECURITY DEPOSIT BEING TAKEN UPON ARRIVAL!!!!! This was not mentioned on booking.com and was not in the confirmation or hotel website. This is a lot of money to be taken and luckily we had the company card...if we had not had the company card, we would have not been able to pay it. We had planned to use more of the facilities (have breakfast, book dinner and enjoy the bar) but after this we decided to take our business elsewhere on principal. I cannot stress enough that this should be made very clear in the "important information" section.

From the moment we made our booking, Nobu was responsive to our requests regarding our arrival. The hotel is within walking distance of the station (Barcelona Sants), a premium mall, and several restaurants. Check-in was easy, and the staff was kind enough to offer us water on what was a hot day. The staff also upgraded our room on a complimentary basis. The staff also provided us with a fan at our request. The staff acted in a professional and empathetic manner. The view from the rooftop was spectacular. The food was also exceptional; in particular, we enjoyed the Gazpacho soup. The rooftop also features a small swimming pool. However, the hours are limited, and despite the sunny weather late into the day, the pool closes at around 7:00 PM. The staff everywhere are courteous, whether in the rooftop restaurant or the cafe downstairs. The food quality in the cafe was also exceptional. In particular, we enjoyed a Salmon dish with mojo sauce. The hotel helped us with transportation requests and other sundry requests promptly and professionally. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and spacious. The air conditioning worked very well and served us. The bathrobes were very comfortable, and the slippers came in very handy. The shower also provided a spa like experience.

The hotel wowed me. If you’re considering to come here for anything at all, don’t hesitate a second more, this is that hotel. I couldn’t wait to come on here to share my experience. I got this place booked for my birthday celebration. I spent the celebration with my boyfriend. While making the reservation I put a little note saying it was my birthday not expecting anything from them. So I initially booked a Deluxe City Room which was on the 11th floor. To my sweetest surprise, on getting to the hotel for my check in, I was upgraded to the Skyline Room for free which happened to be on the 20th floor. My boyfriend and I were so happy and excited. The views from the room was incredible. Best hotel ever. They also did a happy birthday cake decor on the table with a bottle of champagne for two. I couldn’t have asked for a sweeter and warmer reception from Nobu hotel Barcelona. They really went out of their way to put a smile on my face for my special day and I am grateful. The hotel staff, everyone was so sweet, friendly and respectful, I have nothing to fault at all. Then their spa and rooftop bar and pool, exquisite. Everyone kept asking me to give them the details of where we stayed which I gladly did. Everything about this hotel is picture perfect and aesthetically pleasurable. The location of this hotel too, it’s actually a walking distance to public transport, the hotel would always ask if they need to get you a taxi as well every time they see us. Also, the hotel is about 15mins away from the airport too. I completely enjoyed every single time spent here with my boyfriend. Also we got closer on this trip. Everything was just to beautiful, I will always come back here anytime, any day ♥️.

We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and the hotel was very generous upon our arrival with cava and chocolate covered strawberries, it was a very nice touch and very appreciated 💕

The location is great in front of the train station Barcelona-Sants which we came from Madrid Puerta De Atocha.. and it has access to the Metro system The view from the restaurant at the top 23 floor is phenomenal .. the bathroom in our Sake Suit has a great view of the city when you sit on the bathtub ❤️ The staffs are friendly

We booked the Sake Suit but there was a connecting door and the sound is loud from the other room .. also the some rooms in our floor had dogs which were annoying as they barks loudly.. they should put them in floor for dog owners away from guest who want quite time

The breakfast was outstanding, not just because of the wide variety of breads, cheeses, meats, and cereals, but also because the guests take breakfast in the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel, with a panoramic view of Barcelona. It's worth eating slowly to enjoy the view.

It took me a while to figure out the temperature controls for the room, and a lot of the information about the hotel is available only by scanning a QR code instead of reading the actual information on the in-room television.

A very warm welcome, staff on reception were friendly. The room was beautiful, very light in the day and perfectly dark at night. Fantastic bathrooms, everything was spotless. Gym was good, could do with a barbell/bench but it works for a short stay. Rooftop Bar is a good vibe at all times of day. Location is good, we walked pretty much everywhere - taxis are around often if needed.

Poolside is very busy and is smaller than appears. A more detailed induction would be great, few things we had to figure ourselves that could've been an easy explanation.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Clean room. We ate in the cafe which was lovely the service was also great very friendly gentleman served us.

Was rather surprised for the standard of hotel that there was no body lotion available and on arrival the hotel provided complimentary biscuits but one packet for 2 ppl and the same with the teabags just one for each person usually hotels offer a range of teas and more than one each. When showering without knowing until getting in the shower the shower gel wasn’t working and the conditioner for hair was empty. This was also the same for the spa area empty shower wash and not replenish. The rooftop food wasn’t good and the menu was lacking in comparison to other Nobu’s I’ve visited which were great choice of food. There was also a server who was rude and unfriendly he gave the impression he really disliked his job and didn’t want to be there.
