Perfect location to experience real Barcelona. Still central but not touristy. Very comfortable room, lots of space. Comfortable beds. Staff helpful and friendly.

Nothing. It was the perfect base to explore Barcelona. We stayed 5 nights.

The room was spacious and clean, with a big window and lots of light. The floor had tiles and no moquette, for me a big plus cause it's a lot cleaner. The bathroom was also quite big, clean and rather new. The beds were comfortable. The lady at the desk was really friendly and it's possible to leave the luggage at the hotel for the day when you check out.

Breakfast was good, especially the sweet part. It had cakes, donuts, muffins, and croissants. There was a good selection of fruits as well. The savory part though could be a bit improved, the bacon was often burnt and the eggs were usually cold and had no salt.

The room was nice, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and really big. The bathroom was also clean and new. They changed our towels everyday upon our request. There was a construction right next to the hotel but there were no noise inside when the windows were closed. There was a coffee machine in the entrance floor. We loved that and used it every morning.

The card given as the key of the room door had almost never worked. We tried for minutes to unlock the door everytime we arrived to room. It is said that the problem was with the battery. But the lady in the reservation desk tried to help us a lot one night. Thanks very much to her :)

It had an incredible location, staff was super friendly, very helpful, the design is very minimalist so even though it is not the most stylish place it looked good. The coffee is free during breakfast even if you don’t have the breakfast included. It is quiet in the room, we also didn’t hear any neighbors .

The room was a bit worn with plug outlets dropping out when you plug something in and towels being torn around the edges. Also we had a confusing encounter with housekeeping- she or he left her phone on our charger in our room after we left in the morning and we found it when we came back during the day. It was fine, but it is kind of an invasion of privacy.

The staff was amazing and helped every time we needed anything. Very willing and helped us to arrange taxis. The property is well located and the coffee cart in the foyer is really nice.

Our rooms aircon did not seem to work all that well. The room was really warm and after speaking to the staff, the aircon still did not manage to cool the room. Our room was located on the western side of the building and got the afternoon sun, but would have thought that the aircon would be able to cool the room.

Staff were awesome and went above and beyond to answer any questions or give recommendations of things to see and do in Barcelona. We didn’t add breakfast initially but ended up going everyday. Great selection of savoury & sweet options, fresh juice, coffee etc. Room was spacious and clean. To walk into the main city/la Rambla it was about 25 mins which we enjoyed, flat all around so not too rigorous. Would also suggested e-biking around!

Was super happy overall with the room a few potential things that could have made it even better- aircon was quite loud we managed to sleep through but it’s definitely not silent (room 306) also not sure if it worked too well? Tried to cool down/warm up at times and didn’t feel any change. Would have loved the option of a double bed vs 2 singles. Regardless, we would definitely return!

It’s about small details really - and the hotel nailed it. The staff was incredibly friendly and keen to help. We booked a room for 3 people and were surprised how spacious it was. But what impressed me the most: they put a little dog bed for my puppy with a small amenity kit on top, we didn’t expect that and loved the little detail. Apart from that, the room was clean and the hotel has nice amenities like a gym. It’s located in a good area of Barcelona and you can easily connect to the most popular spots. We came by car and parking was available next doors at a fee, we also had to pay a supplement for the dog, which is common (but as said above, we got good value back for it). We would come back

I was on the pull out which is tricky to be super comfy ,but wasn't bad. Great pillows ++ Rooftop very nice space. Staff exceptionally friendly Bubbly and card left in room for birthday, lovely touch x Highly recommend

Room was hot at times and no air con at this time but 4 big windows to open to air room . Rooftop chairs not comfy but I'd say in season there's probably cushions. We brought our pillows up.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. In a great location and friendly staff.

When we first arrived, the room smelled a little like fish, although it was very clean. When I asked for a glass of water to take some pills after 10:30 pm when they had already picked up the dispensers they have in the lobby, I was told to take it from the minibar which I would have to pay.

The hotel was a good value hotel for our 4 days in Barcelona, the rooftop terrace was nice and while the pool was small for an adult my daughter really enjoyed going up there. Free drink on the terrace the first night, although I was told I would get two and only received a free coke for my daughter? The location was alright, about 10 mins to multiple metro stations that got you into the centre very quickly and cheaply, because of that I wouldn't come here for a drinking holiday with friends as its a bit far away from the centre for that, but for a family trip it was fine. The weather was also amazing while I was there and the aircon in the room was very good at keeping the room cool in 32 degrees+ temperatures, a few times during the night I had to turn it off as I was cold!

The breakfast wasn't amazing, just a simple European one with various meats, breads, pastries etc, there is cereal and fruit too but my daughter didn't like the milk as it was just left out and not in a fridge or anything. I think I would just get a pastry and coffee from one of the many places nearby instead, pass lots on the walk to the metro stations. British people will not be big fans of the breakfast but other travellers may think its fine!
