The Villa was superb. Premium Villa is a perfect size for a couple with two kids. We were very lucky that our property was in front of the main swimming pool, which made so safe and comfortable for the kids and parents. Cleaning service every day if required, replacement of towels, extra coffee and water was a big plus. Transfer to the hotel available all the time, but also not far if you just want to walk, great breakfast, amazing facilities including mini-golf, gym, spa, and kids activities. A perfect summer holidays with family.

Nothing really, just a small observation that the month of August is a busy season, so trying to contact the reception by phone was impossible. A bit of queue for breakfast if you go a bit late, but for early birds no queues at all, and no waiting time!

Had everything we needed except a larger frying pan, regular towels and bed changes.

Didn’t have a kettle so had to boil water on the hob to make hot drinks in the morning which was abit annoying but we coped. Quite far away from everything if you don’t drive also but we did so it wasn’t a problem for us

Didn't have breakfast but loved the villa, its decor, the size and the pool. The outside area was also plenty spacious for 6 of us. The downside was location, in 4 days we spent 250 euros as each time we went out in the day and in the evening we had to take 2 taxi's each time. A shuttle bus would have been good. The free entry to the waterpark and zoo was much appreciated as once in it was expensive, had to pay for waterproofing phone, locker, sunbeams and Ringo's!

The location. In the middle of nowhere, a very tiny and limited onsite mini-market, no pavements so too dangerous to walk so totally reliant on taxi's. They were easy enough to get, asked the reception and a taxi within 5 minutes but a bit annoying. The hotel/village should have its own shuttle bus for town and the attractions.

We had the most fantastic experience at the grand luxor village. The veiw was fantastic, the villa was very clean and alot bigger than we imaged. The Children loved chilling in the salt water pool. The breakfast buffet was perfect, the omelette lady being our favourite in particular.

We didn't like leaving, i definitely recommend booking longer than 2 nights.

i didn't like Booking.com they made problems with the communication i had to contact the hotel direct to sort out the problem........ i received poor emails from booking.com with bad information I WILL NOT BOOK AGAIN WITH Booking.com I will go direct to the hotel , I was very disopointed with booking.com

It was a very pleasant surprise for us that the price of the apartment included admission tickets to Tiramitika and Mundomar for two days for each of us! The breakfast was superb! Everything is close by and very comfortable!

Good quality, spacious, extremely clean and brilliant value

Only small thing could fault was the lack of privacy between the villas

everything was great - the apartment/villa, the pool, the tranquility, the comfortable beds, the free access to Tierra Mitica

The mini supermarket would benefit being open longer hours

Great hotel! The villas are beautiful but on the smaller side... We only stayed 2 nights so it was sufficient... Staff are very helpful and friendly!
