A giant comfy bed. Large bathroom with double faucets, and, both shower and a bath in the single room. The room was very spacious. Pretty standard but delicious breakfast, good variety of food. Hotel is located in pretty quiet district - we did not hear any noise from open windows during the late hours. Great for a good night sleep!

The only drawback I can recall is that we had to wait quite a long time during check-in process (personal was slow? or it takes a lot of paperwork for them to process guests..). Also having a passport, NOT an eID card seemed to be mandatory - if my partner did not had hers on hand, it seems, the receptionist would not process us. First time something like this happened with my in the EU... Also the lifts are pretty dumb - it feels impossible to get anywhere, because the system does not have a queue systems and goes straight to the latest caller, not to the first desired location. We used stairs 95% of the time. Not a problem for a young people, but certainly can be a trouble for older generation - especially during breakfast hours.

well for the first time the breakfast was ok usually say fantastic the english breky was,cold not hot no omelette chef like my last visit missed it being cooked in front ov mee stuck to continental breky its,a shame the food is lovely but i cant eat a,cold breakfast

Room was good size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good with large selection.

Whilst the hotel wad good the location was not. It was okay getting to the beach but the restaurants / bars etc were a little to far for our liking. Especially coming home due to the hilly nature...there were 6 of us and we all agreed

The room was comfortable and the bathroom spacious.

Unfortunately, I had to be at work at 8:15 and the cafeteria didn’t open until 8:00 so I was pushed for time and unable to enjoy the wonderful buffet. Also although we were lucky enough to get a space in the garage, entry and exit was difficult due to lack of space.

The location was very good as i'm a widow and i was on my own. The breakfast was excellent and you had everything you needed. Customer service was marvelous. Janet Morley

There was nothing i didn't like. Room 401 was perfect.

Antonio , receptionist was an exceptional warm friendly helpful smart professional person, instrumental in negotiations. The director again very thoughtful , a man extremely competent in his work , he applies good work ethics to make the customers health and safety a priority, as well being very approachable . He also was seen helping out his staff.

Better communication from Booking . Com to the hotel you book. I always need a room for wheelchair access , giving enough time to book one in advance . Booking .Com should notify the hotel of your request instead of arriving and nothing is wheelchair accessible. Leaving your hotel open to health and safety issues.

The room was spotless, comfortable and good value for money. The staff were fantastic, they were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. We will definitely stay there again.

There wasn’t anything we did not like about the hotel.

Local to central Benidorm but in a quiet residential area. Central Benidorm is about 15 minutes walk away. The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The food was really nice. All the usual breakfast/lunch/dinner assortment with a chef sizzling something every meal time. Lots of fish and salad dishes. The deserts were lovely with an ice cream machine that everyone could use themselves (very popular with the children) An added bonus was the free unlimited drinks at every meal. Soft drinks. water, wine and beer all available at every meal. Most people were respectful of this and took what they required. We booked a larger room and it was very comfortable.

WiFi ok but could do with a boost.

Clean hotel with good location, 10 mins walk from the beach and underground parking. Very good size rooms and breakfast was great.

No tea or coffee in the room.
