Great location and friendly staff. Rooms were adequate and great sea views. Bonus with Roof Terrace/Bar. Breakfast was good and all in all great value for the money. Julia was great too.
Nothing to complain about as we knew the location would be noisy and accepted that, but others may not like that.

I will start by saying the lift was the slowest I’ve ever experienced in my existence. Very friendly staff, room was on 6th floor (63) very clean, ironing board & iron, aircon, tv, tea coffee kettle etc (no milk), very comfy bed, balcony and had sea views. Bathroom was tiny, I kid you not I had to stand to wipe my backside, does the job for the short time there, clean and good powerful water, hairdryer. The corridor echos like crazy and the sound travels, no way to close the door quietly as they bang. I’m a heavy sleeper so didn’t affect me too much. Roof top terrace is a hidden gem, great views and fair prices, only issues we had was the smell of sewerage as the air vents are in the ground on the roof, never stopped us using it daily, was always busy. Breakfast was good, 5 options and included fresh orange & tea or coffee. Very busy around the hotel but it is central and lots of noise in the night, I seen other reviews and expected this anyway. Stayed over the fiesta period and 8am every morning the loudest BANG goes off and constant fireworks and bangers going off all day and night. Luggage room when you checkout to hold your cases for later flights. Would i return - absolutely, highly recommend, yes there’s noise but it’s expected so don’t moan as others are doing when the reviews are accurate.
Speed of lift & noise. Don’t let this put you off as our stay was great and I will be returning.

Clean place , very, very close to the beach, in the city old town , bit noisy but who can expect soundproof in any old town area of any city. Staff was very polite and had breakfast good , a few options to choose from , and a good price-quality ratio , what you pay you get definitely.
The only issue is that the reason I gave 9 instead of 10 is the safe box issue. On my booking, it says that the room has a safe box and tv and so on. It didn't say that to get the unlock code to use the safe box is a charge in cash. Depending on the number of days you stay at the hotel , you find out this from the staff how much is to be paid for the code . I do not know if there is a mistake in Booking.com listing or is an auto-tipping of the staff .

I was a little jubious about this hotel, as it was such a good price, to good to be true to be honest! But it didn't disappoint, yes, it's a little noisy as it is right on Tapas Alley, but it does clearly state that and the reviews make the reader well aware of this. However, I asked for a balcony room with a sea view and it was just perfect (room 63!). At the back of the hotel, so away from the busy street area, yes, if you stayed in a room at the front it would be noisy. The roof-top terrace is a fantastic spot, not really known to people who aren't staying in the hotel, so it doesn't get to busy, this is a real fantastic perk to this hotel. The staff are lovely, so very friendly. The breakfast was lovely, not a buffet but a varied choice and what you get is very nice, plenty enough for us anyway.
Nothing to dislike, just the configuration of the bathroom could be better, but space is an issue, so it's designed the best they could. You don't spend to much time in the bathroom, so it does its job!

Hotel Queens is very central in the old town, rooms are small but the price reflects this, all the staff were very welcoming and friendly, room was serviced daily, the beds were comfortable, first time in a hotel where the pillows were absolutely perfect for us, the bathroom was a good size and the shower was powerful. breakfast is included in the price of the room you pick from a menu. It's cooked to order and was very tasty. The roof terrace with a bar was a bonus, and the view over benidorm was fantastic. The downstairs bar was in the reception area, and we utilised both bars during our stay. tapas alley is right across the road and the beach only a couple of minutes walk away, we loved our stay and we will definitely be back to Hotel Queens soon

Nice modern hotel in heart of old town, nice breakfast included, our room on 7th floor had one of the biggest balcony and could see the sea above the other buildings. The staff were friendly enough and let us leave bags in a locked room on day of arrival and day we left. Nice roof top bar with good views.
Just a couple of things, the room was quite small however it is quite a bijoux hotel in heart of old town, the room could have done with a full length mirror in the actual room as the only mirror was above the sink. The drains in bathroom also smelt a bit. There was no fridge or kettle in the room however they may provide a kettle if asked as there was mugs. There is also only one lift which fit 3 people so a couple of times we did have to just walk to 7th floor as there was quite a few waiting for lift to get to roof top bar, it was however fiesta weekend so maybe was busier than normal.

The location is superb for the old town and Poniente beach. Levante beach and the madness of the strip is a 20 minute walk or a short taxi ride. Plenty of good bars and restaurants in the vicinity including Tapas alley (which sells raciones not tapas for one). The Queens has a rooftop terrace with great views over Levante and the old town. Stunning and comfortable. The hotel provides a good breakfast. Bar prices are reasonable and the staff were very pleasant. Our room was serviced every day and we even received clean pillowcases and towels everyday. We really enjoyed our short 3 day visit and would like to come back
A few issues some of which are out of the hotel’s control. The hotel is above its own bar and terrace and 2 other bars and as a consequence there was noise until around 2 am. If it’s an issue bring earplugs. We were tired enough and ‘full’ of 🍹so didn’t mind. The room could really have benefited from a mini fridge for water and milk. The hotel provides a kettle which is great and unusual for Spanish hotels, but no supplies. We had our own teabags and coffee but nowhere to keep milk fresh. The tiny lift only holds 3 people (for 8 floors) is very slow and with taking people up and down from the splendid roof terrace waits can be long. If you choose the stairs as we did often take great care coming down. The lights are motion sensor and don’t always respond immediately. Just be careful.

Staff were so lovely throughout our stay! Very friendly 😊 the location is perfect in old town! 5 min away from the beach, 1 min from tapas alley, 5 min from shops, 5 min away from a great view point and only 20 min to new town madness if you want. Room was large and modern and the beds really comfy. Had a great sea view from our balcony which was a bonus. Will def be back 🥰
Even though what we did have was tasty, the breakfast menu is a bit of a let down for vegetarians. We basically had to order a normal breakfast and ask for it without meat (which one day we still got given bacon). Other than that I can't fault it as the eggs and hash brown were great.

A great location in the old town with plenty of shops, bars etc on the doorstep. The room we had was ok , cleaned every day and had a hairdryer and tea and coffee making stuff. The staff were lovely and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to Benidorm.
Our bedroom was on the 6th floor and in the corner, so it was a bit of an odd shape , meaning the bed was shoved in the corner and it was a bit of a challenge moving around the room. Bed was comfy, but could do with more pillows. The only mirror was above the bathroom sink , deffo need one in the room. The bottle bins used by the surrounding bars were emptied early every morning....we got used to the noise, but earplugs are recommended .

Location: It's so close to the beach, in lovely Old Town Benidorm, the sea is clear, clean and has lovely little shops around. The rooms are clean, friendly staff, I had a room to myself, I was there for a Birthday, and I would recommend having a room with a balcony for extra space that is needed.
The only thing is the lift only takes 3 people at a time, a little slow, and there is a great view from the rooftop bar & it can get busy. Good 20+ walk to New Town if you are planning partying on the main Strip.
