The area ,the offers ,the staff ,cleanliness .kitchen staff went the extra mile I'm helping residents to enjoy the celebrations . Really pushed the boat out.

I'm vegetarian and found the food confusing . When asking staff if meat were in certain dishes they said not and there was . Clearer labelling would help a lot for everyone not just people with allergies or food preference . My room was tiny and had no sun at all ,would not stay again in a room that size .sold as dou le more of small double and not like advertised

The location and food was excellent

The twin room was really small and 2 women have extra items and we struggled where to put everything. The access to our beds was tight. We had nowhere to put our cases without blocking the beds off. Also the set up with the meals, none of that was explained to us, we only had to give our room number for breakfast, but evening meal we had to not just give our room number, but the actual paper card holder our cards came in! Never known that in all the 30 plus times I've visited Benidorm. We were refused entry and I had to go back to the room, which was located in one of the out buildings. All this should be explained to you when you check in :(

Room was comfortable. Location was close to the beach and evening entertainment options. The Breakfast served between 8-10 was excellent. Lots of choice.

the continental breakfast that was available for people departing before 8am was sadly lacking. There was only cereals, biscuits and fairy cakes. There was bread but no toasters were available. There was only margarine no butter. They could have offered croissants, Jams, Cheeses and hams. We had paid for 3 nights including breakfast We should not have had to pay for such a meagre offering.

we were in a ground floor room in block 5, it was extremely small and not a comfortable stay, sad because everything else was amazing

Great selection of breakfast items, good breakfast times for the buffet restaurant, freshly made eggs and omelette if required. Fresh orange juice and endless supply of coffee for those tired mornings. Pool area is large, swiming pool clean. Location is fab and not far from all the nightlife and beaches. Plenty of shops for everyday items very close by.Staff were always pleasant and helpful.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Location, service, food and cleanliness all excellent. Would definitely stay again.

The only thing I could find fault with is the Size of the shower cubicle. If they could be enlarged at the next refit it would be amazing. I stayed in Block 3, they nay be different in the other blocks.

Great location, clean and lovely staff.

Our shower did over flow and caused flooding in the room on a few occasions however the staff did clean this up immediately but the shower continued to back up and we weren’t the only ones with this problem.

Everything except we noticed little things disappearing out of our room but didn't think yo much of it till we were leaving and noticed the maid wearing my daughters scrunchy

Repeat visitors to this hotel and it never disappoints! Location is fabulous, walking distance to all bars & beach. Food is always nice & our room was spacious & spotless. Will be visiting again later this year

Have stayed here numerous times. Staff location food just great

We did have to ask for more toilet rolls and towlells as twice they were not left in our room. But was easily rectified
