Everything was excellent! Breakfast had lots of options and you could eat by the pool. The pool was cool on hot days and it was deep! Lots of lounge seats. The room was clean and had a safe that worked! Loved the staff!

We had some water leaking from our ceiling in the bathroom one morning. We called the front desk and they took care of it right away. So even then.. it was still great service. The only thing is that it is 15-20 minutes away from city center by car. But lots of buses nearby too!

Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was outstanding. Beds were comfortable garage was large with easy access and exiting.

Room was too hot and couldn’t use air conditioning to bring it down. We had to sleep with windows open. The staff said the hotel has converted to winter and it only rooms only half heat. We had a suite which came with a kitchenette however the kitchenette had nothing no plates, no silverware no pots and pans basically impossible to use. The sofa, which was an additional bed was very low to the floor and made it difficult getting up from the sofa.

Very big room, incredibly comfortable beds and huge size. Clean which is important to us. Breakfast has variety but i would say, quality of the food is not top-notch. Plenty of parking in the underground garage.

Walls between rooms are thin, we could hear person in the next room snoring very hard. But staff has helped us and moved us to another room, we were very grateful for that. Location is not that great, next to a highway.

We spend two nights there. We travelled by car so the location was ok, I suppose is not that easy to reach it with public transportation. It is outside of city centre. There is private parking inside the hotel and free parking outside of it. We were there in January and we could find some parking spots for free. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The room was ok but a bit outdated, we had a broken bathroom handle with a maintenance paper on it, we called reception and after aprox. 30 minutes a gentleman came to assess it only. Another two calls at the reception and we had to change the room because it was after 21:30 and it was taking too long.

Coffee tasted like powder coffee not freshly grinded. No vegetables (cooked or fresh) ar breakfast. Breakfast room floor was sometimes a little dirty. For the milk and juice at breakfast, cork bottle tops were used - i don't think this is hygienic (even if it get's cleaned).

When we arrived at the hotel I asked the receptionist if there were any rooms available and he said they were fully booked. I had to show him that on booking it said there were plenty of rooms available (I said we needed 3 rooms for 3 people but he probably assumed we would only want single rooms - I do not agree with this attitude. He could have told us that there are double rooms available and if we wouldn't mind paying more.. So this is something that I did not understand how he wouldn't mention. I ended up booking the rooms on booking.com in front of him instead of directly with the hotel.

It is a decent choice for those looking to stay just outside the bustling city of Seville. Located next to the A49 motorway. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. The food at the hotel is commendable. The staff are notably friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience of your stay.

The hotel is situated a bit away from Seville's city center.

Its just one of many hotels. Nothing that will make it special. Has good underground parking ( price - 5 euros) Breakfast is good, but ordinary. Location is 20 minutes by car to the center of Seville.

Nothing very good and nothing very bad :) Just normal hotel for normal price with normal service and normal location.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and there was parking and an electric charge point.

The pool wasn't open and it was definitely hot enough but can understand they need time to clean it for next season and the breakfast was expensive - Aldi is around the corner and they do awesome pasties. Also you would definitely need a car as it is quite far out of Seville.

Hotel facilities was good. Size of room was good. Light and air conditioning of room were fine.

The hotel was far from city center and if you loss a bus for there, you may not have access to hotel for next hour. Because their busses were each 1 hour and there were no taxi.
