It was comfortable

The staff did the job without much enthusiasm

The graceful staff service. Their willingness to help and to support their clients. And, of course, I had chosen the hotel specifically; the location for me was perfect. It was not in the beautiful center of the town, but the busstop was near and access was perfect.

Their heating system should be improved. It didn't work all the time. And, since they offer such good service, there should be an electric kettle in the room, and a water bottle to welcome clients.

The room was warm, and clean, comfortable and quiet. Exactly what was needed after 2 weeks on the Camino using dormitory accommodation.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room and only a coin operated machine available in house - the local cafe did not open until after 9:30 - there were no laundry facillties on site but. laundry shop a block away, so i had a huge blistered foot and hobbling there was uncomfortable - not really the hotel's fault but there could be a washer and dryer on site.

Easy to find, quiet location with enjoyable walk to centre. Good breakfast, clean and comfy room. Underground parking.

On arrival receptionist not overly welcoming. Map given to us marking where hotel is located is totally inaccurate.

Good well laid out room with airconditioning. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom nice and clean and staff friendly and helpful.The underground parking worked well and felt secure with the elevator of the hotel nearby. Easy access from the hotel to the centre of town on a bike with a bike path oppositite the hotel.

This room was an absolute delight! It was incredibly comfortable, surprisingly spacious, and the shower was pure bliss. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay and I can't wait to return. The staff here were fantastic! They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help.

The hotel is located a bit farther from the city center and has limited dining options on-site. However, the walk to the center is quite pleasant, thanks to the beautiful nearby park.

Used this hotel as an overnight stopover when travelling through Spain. We were able to use the secure carparking arrangements at an extra cost which provided peace of mind. Check in was simple. Our room was small but more than adequate and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

we booked for 2 nights as a stop over to Santander. Staff welcoming and helpful. we used the car parking which was excellent and easy. rooms comfortable with air con. we booked the small rooms. they were adequate for our needs. bus stop across the road for easy access to the town centre. there are bars and food close to the hotel. the following days run to Santander through the mountains (not motorway) was also excellent. would recommend.

Garage parking.

Air conditioning didn't work. Overlooking a huge playground. Servicing hundreds of flats. Our room was next to the lift. Paper thin walls, you can hear everything. Woken up at 2am. By someone on his phone on his balcony. (Not the hotel). Had to shout to tell him to keep quiet.

Very comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Attractive decor.

A bit far from the city center and attractions.
