The hotel is located just outside the pedestrianised heart of the city, it took us 10 minutes to walk there. We were met by extremely helpful staff who guided us to the underground car park. The hotel is beautifully decorated, our room was clean and airy, the public areas bright and welcoming and the breakfast was superb. Burgos is an interesting city with many lovely buildings and its not short of bars and restaurants. Well worth a visit and perfect for an overnight stop heading south.

The staff were excellent and the hotel location was great. Also free chilled water and coffee 24/7 in reception was a lovely touch.

Our room wasn’t ideal. It was very small with literally no view. There was a window which had been covered, which looked out directly on to equipment. As tourists a view would have been nice or at least told in advance that this was the case.

Large and comfortable room. Huge, comfortable bed and pillows, which, along with the quiet location, ensured a wonderful night's sleep. Fabulous location, which was just a few minutes walk from the amazing cathedral, restraunts, bars, park, and shops.

Surly receptionist at morning checkout who despite our greeting, did not acknowledge us. He simply processed our card payment without speaking.

Property was clean, bathrooms was clean and spacious

The parking was difficult and not enough space. There were only limited parking spaces for the hotel and the spaces were not big enough to park a big SUV. It is also dimly let and the elevator is a bit small. Good though for 3 people max. But the room more than made up for these little things! The staff was also helpful and friendly.

The location was amazing. We were two blocks from a laundromat and a supermarket. A little further was the river and there was the St Mary’s Gate and through that the cathedral and its massive square. The reception staff could not have been more helpful.

Not everyone wants a hotel breakfast, but tea and coffee making facilities would be a huge plus.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient, a short walk from the medieval area which was our destination. Hotel “courtyard view” is not an amenity.

The hotel provided breakfast (paid) was lackluster in comparison to similar quality hotels we have stayed in during this trip. Go to town for meals.

The location of the hotel is really good. We had the good fortune to have parking at the hotel . Our welcome was great and check in easy . The room was good and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a range of choice.

A bottle of water would be helpful to greet us .

Convenient location. Walked from bus station. The breakfast buffet was varied and staff were very efficient. The boutique hotel is decorated nicely. The city is clean and feels safe.

The bar hours were not accommodating to pre dinner cocktails

The only small complaint is the green exit light in the room. It's too bright a light and the room then isn't dark enough at night. I am not a fan of an eye mask

The bar, cafe and dining room were one area which was a little gloomy. This was more than compensated by the lovely friendly service and the Prix Fixe dinner menu was excellent value for money and delicious. Our room was also lovely, quiet, large and very comfortable.
