The service personnel at the breakfast room was very friendly, they were always asking how we were doing and making the most to be helpful. With the receptionist the same. The rooms were always perfectly tidy. There are 3 somewhat small lifts, only one reaches the garages underground. The rooms were of a good size, with a large bed with wooden-like back and ceiling that gave a majestous feeling.

If you come by car you need to know that first you must park alongside the main avenue, where a yellow line is, then register yourself, and you will be assigned a garage spot and need to then drive around the block, ring another bell, talk through the intercom so that the receptionist opens you the garage door. There are 2 garage levels, shared with flats in the same or contiguous building. I was not told about this somewhat indirect, cumbersome method to get to the garage. Similarly to drive away you need from inside to call the receptionist. People who reserve the parking place beforehand, should at least be sent clear instructions how to drive to the hotel correctly, etc.

The location is very central and gives easy access to the old city quarter. The breakfast menu was very extensive and good value for money. The staff had a great attitude and couldn't do enough for you. Secure car parking under the hotel was a bonus. 17 euros a night.

The air conditioning was faulty and would not supply chilled air, only warm. It was warm at the time of visit, so the room became quite oppressive. Hotel is on a busy main road, so traffic noise at night took some getting used to. Only a problem if like us you prefer window open at night.

A lovely, modern hotel which feels impeccably clean. We booked a triple room and it was huge! The woman on reception was very pleasant and welcoming. Tea, coffee and water were provided in the room, the beds were comfy and the towels good quality. We only stayed for one night, but if we go back, I would not hesitate to book this place again. It is 5 mins from the beach and about 15 mins to walk to the old town. There's a supermarket right next door and a few restaurants close by, including the fantastic "shack" on the beach. Although it's in a fairly built up area, it was very quiet at night and we felt very safe walking back from the old town at midnight. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is very well located. It is within walking distance of the beach. In addition, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby, but the historic city centre and its attractions are also within easy walking distance. The size of the hotel is very pleasant. It is not too big and therefore not too crowded. Although it is true that we were not here in high season and it was not full. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall we were very satisfied and can only recommend it.

Beautiful hotel. So close to the beach. Very friendly staff. Our room was really modern with strong air conditioning and a big smart TV. The bed was gigantic and the mattress perfectly comfortable.

There's no pool but you wouldn't need it with the beach so close anyway. We booked room only but the reception staff told us we'd be welcome to have breakfast for €17 pp each morning. Bit steep but it's probably a great breakfast.

good location (10min walking to the center, 15min to train/bus station, very close to the beach), very nice staff, nice-furnished and quiet rooms, good WiFi, generally pretty breakfast (but see below), check-out till 12:00

According to the relatively high price I must mention these negatives: 1) paid (& expensive) parking 2) terrible lifts (slow, not synchronized, very small, only one of them goes to garages) 3) the bathroom/toilet has no ventilation 4) the fitness room has very bad air (or is poorly ventilated), there are also no water and towels 5) the breakfast in the hotel of this price category could be else more variable - especially choice of breads and teas is very poor, many products (scrambled eggs, sweet pastry) has just average taste, also coffee machines are nothing great

The room was spacious and the bed was king size.

It was hot in the room; when we asked how to turn the AC on, they said they couldn't becuase their system only allowed heat or cold for the hold building and since a few customers had said it was cold, they had switched to heat. The information provided in the site, said AC, it didn't mention that it was only during the summer months. A note on a table in the room said AC during summer and heat during winter; i was at the hotel in the fall..

The hotel looks very modern, the room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. I loved the complimentary coffee and water in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful and willing to help. The garage is a big plus since parking is hard to find in Cadiz. It is also very close to the beach and relatively close to the city center.

We loved everything about this hotel and would for sure be back.

The position is great for Santa Maria beach, the bed was very comfortable, shower was excellent and the room was a good size. The best aspect though is the exceptional level of customer service, from the maids to the manager, all faultlessly friendly, polite and willing to engage.

Most of the images of the hotel showed more newly decorated rooms which were much lighter in terms of decor and we were a bit disappointed to be given one of the older rooms with darker, more corporate decor.

The service was excellent. Staff were very friendly. We had Theresa from the main desk provide us lots of ideas of places to travel and eat. The room was a generous size with a good shower and a very comfortable bed. We picked this hotel purely based on proximity to the beach and it didn't disappoint. The walk into town is pleasant along the boardwalk.
