Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access by car with parking garage, 22 minutes walk to the cathedral, spacious and with everything you need in a hotel including breakfast room, bar and small restaurant. Room was comfortable with good sized bathroom.

It has everything you need in a hotel, but does not have the same ‘look and feel’ as the Vincci hotels in Madrid and Valencia (which have a sophisticated boutique ambience) - I would say that this one is more suited to business and coach parties, given the spacious rooms around the hotel and location near major routes. The breakfast room was not at all cosy - large luminous room with no atmosphere.

The hotel is situated an easy 15 minute walk from the city centre and has spacious underground parking. Our room was excellent! Very big and extremely comfortable, with lots of extras included..bathrobes, tea and coffee, bottled water etc etc. We were staying overnight on our way to Santander but I wish we had stayed longer as both the city and the hotel exceeded our expectations!

Only the fact that the bar was closed when we arrived mid afternoon. But it didn't really matter as it just meant that we walked into the city earlier than planned which was a bonus!

Comfortable room with a few extras like arm chairs, kettle, fridge. Secure parking, which is important when travelling with luggage for several weeks holiday and although an additional charge, was worth it. Lift went down into garage space so no stairs to worry about either. Nice bedding and excellent towel size. Great location. Situated in a quiet street, a ten minute stroll over the Roman bridge took us into the old town and a further five minutes( uphill) brought us to the busy restaurant, bar and regional produce quarter set among amazing historical buildings. It made a lovely break on a long drive.

The fixtures were a bit tired. For example our sink had a hair line crack and some of the woodwork had small pieces broken. But despite this, it had been scrupulously cleaned so no dislikes there.

We had a lovely large room. The staff were very helpful with advice on local information.. We can not comment on breakfast as we did not partake. Street parking was convenient for us although the Hotel does offer a secure underground car park yor a fee. We enjoyed walking in to Salamanca (a 10 to 15 minute walk) as the Hotel is slightly on the outskirts. Wish we could have stayed longer however we were on a road trip and revisiting this beautiful place. Would certainly stay in this Hotel again, a great find!

There was nothing we did not like.

1. At the front desk Sarah was very professional and effective. She was very patient answering all our questions about the hotel and the city. She provided us with extra pillows in a very prompt manner. Her assistant Ludmila was helpful as well. 2 the dinner menu that day was very interesting and unique in many ways. I enjoyed a dish of artichoke hearts prepared on the level of famous restaurants. I sent my appreciation to the chef of the restaurant where Christina and Sonya were serving with attention to details and friendliness. 3. the room had very unique furniture comfortable for a short stay. the lights were adequate. 4. we like the bathroom - it is a good size with a separate shower cabin AND the tub. the towels are very good. The collection of complimentary hygiene items was very unique with a sponge and a tooth brush besides the usual items.

1. the USB connections could be very useful in the room. 2. the location is kind of industrial. 3. the cost of parking in the hotel garage is very high and not justified. 4. at breakfast i would like to see more vegetables (like cucumbers, olives) besides tomatoes and lettice.

Spacious room and bathroom. The latter in particular was outstanding: not only was it equipped with both basthtub AND shower, but it also featured a bidet (an irreplaceable "must" in our book). Plenty of free parking around the premises, affordable parking inside the premises. Not so far from the center, walkable distance. Very good service, provided free umbrella, provide international adaptor, exceptional courtesy. Can't tell about breakfast, we skipped it. All of the above within an unbeatable price. Top

Very warm at night. Not sure where the heat was coming from, resolved with sleeping with windows open. I trust I should have turned the A/C on but the temperature was comfy when we went to sleep. Not a big problem after all

The property was slightly out of town so straight forward to drive to and offered secure parking which met our needs. The rooms were large and the bathroom offered both a stand alone shower and a bath/ shower combo which was great. We used the bar / cafe for express breakfast and a light evening meal and the staff were very friendly and professional

Reception seemed under staffed so maybe not as attentive / helpful as others we have stayed at

Nice place to stay in Salamanca with a great location, just a few minutes' walk to the city center via the Roman bridge. The staff was friendly and polite, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

I didn't like that there was dust on the luggage rack and that the spare roll of toilet paper was placed in the toilet brush holder. Even though the toilet brush had a cover, it's not the most hygienic place to store it, especially considering the bathroom is very spacious.

The hotel was outside a little outside the city centre, which was our preference as we didn’t want to drive in the city, but only a short walk to the centre. On-site parking was easy to access. Hotel environment was a little austere, but the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Staff were very welcoming. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and the bar area was a very comfortable place to sit.

We have stayed here many times en-route to Portugal as it is almost exactly half way for us. The hotel is located 5 minutes off the motorway and is a nice stroll to the city centre on a nice sunny day or 5/6 euros in a taxi if the weather is not so good. Parking is free around the hotel and there is underground parking if you want secure parking. The staff are really good and friendly, the food is good if you decide to eat in.

The only thing to comment on is the lack of USB ports in the rooms for charging various devices but it is something that is easily overcome with various adapters.
