Lovely setting and really well appointed. Member of staff who checked us in was really friendly.

What we didn’t know and weren’t told was that the bar/restaurant was closed until 8pm. We went into town for a drink then came back at 8.20pm but the restaurant and bar were still closed with nobody around so we went hungry. In the morning we left about 8am, still nobody around and unable to settle the bill etc. Shame as it was a great place otherwise. Apart from someone had pulled the aircon controller off and it didn’t work so I had to open the French door all night to keep cool.

Late check in via Whatsapp is a good flexibility. Hotel is good for short stays, good value for money

Some facilities need to be fixed/renovated. the bath glass leaks and after the shower there is a huge puddle on the floor, which is slippery and dangerous. The door bottom turned black already so that leakage has been there for quite a while.

This is a hotel and training school for the hotel industry. Everything was exceptionally clean and the food was good. Parking is ample but not undercover {motorcylists) There is a bar just down the road and an excellent public outdoor swimming pool across the road.

Needed more staff in the dining room . You will have to speak a little Spanish .

Room is good, comfortable bed. Restaurant offered dinner, local wines are very good. Lots of free parking place.

Breakfast wasn't available, not so competent receptionists. Long way to village.

The room has good views on the valley with mountains, very quiet. To me hotel did not meet 4-star expectations, more like a 3-star. But for the price it was definitely a good choice

Wifi was barely working, there is a fiber optic in the village, but in the hotel speed and signal were horrible. Not all the plugs were working. There is no fridge in the room.

Nice room. Blackout curtains a lifesaver.

Air conditioner didn´t work. The blinds refused to go down once I had raised them up. It´s quite a walk from town centre.

The air-conditioning was right over our heads and you couldn't turn it off. We had to block the vent to sleep

The restaurant was closed, I was advised to eat in the village but failed to find anywhere serving food at the time I wanted to eat. It was a bank holiday.
