I stayed in this hostal for two weeks, and it was the best place I’ve stayed at in Ávila so far. The staff were extremely friendly and patient, also with the fact that my Spanish is far from perfect. One of the staff even used their phone translator to talk with me about my day ! Room cleaning was done everyday, and if you chose to not have it for one day it would definitely be done the next day, so that everything stayed clean, including fresh towels and sheets everyday. I also got free drinking water everyday and even the little tray with tiny candies was refilled. The room had a spacious bed that was very comfortable, a wardrobe, a desk and even a tv. The bathroom had a sink, a toilet and a big shower with two different shower heads, and nice warm water. The location was perfect, almost literally in El Grande (Plaza de Santa Teresa) with the walls, all kinds of shops and little stores nearby and enough places to eat. Despite being near El Grande I wasn’t bothered by noise at all during the night. The hostal had a nice quiet atmosphere, but very open and friendly. The floors themselves were also cleaned everyday and everything smelled nice. I am incredibly satisfied with my stay and would 100% recommend this hostal!

Everything was fine!

Very clean all round. A large room, plenty of space, including the bathroom, was spacious. My room on second floor was quiet. There was a elevator which was convenient. Good heating, as Avila was quite cold at the time, so very nice to arrive back to warm hostel. Good location, just outside the walled part of town, and very near the central plaza and San Pedro Church. There is nothing to criticise.

Everything. Clean in all areas, lovely staff, great location. The bottle of water and sweets are a nice touch in the room. Bathroom supplies with shampoo, shower gel and soap. Staff recommended where to eat. I left my overnight bag to collect after I checked out and they don’t charge for it.

The only thing was I could hear the shower at 1am in the room next door. But it wasn’t for long.

Price / quality is very good. Very near city center. Helpful and friendly lady at the reception. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Possible to leave luggage there if arriving early.

Bad sewage smell from the bathroom! I didn't complain as it was just for 1 night and price was very reasonable. Had to close bathroom door and it was fine.

It was such an excellent stay, I really didn’t expect. On a small quiet street just next to the entrance into the old town, so clean and such a cozy room, for such price. The stuff was very kind and welcoming and honestly, next time I’m in Ávila, I’ll probably stay there. Thank you so much

Very helpful friendly people. Let me bring my bike up in the lift and leave it in the secure space outside my room. Clean comfortable room and bathroom. Very central location. Good value.

No complaints

The location is great, right next to the plaza and the Roman walls. The staff are very helpful and considerate. I could leave my luggage before check in time and after my check out time, which really helps me a lot.

No, everything is perfect.

Perfect location and the staff are very sympathetic and kind. I could not speak Spanish very well but they try to listen me and answered my questions sincerely. Also, room was clean and have air conditioning. I could use elevator and didn’t have any hassles to carry my heavy suitcase to my room.

The information table is very friendly... The room and bathroom is clean.... Very recommendable for friends... Couples and family.. We had a great time... Mostly its in the city center♥️
