I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Ciudad de Ávila. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very well maintained, with thoughtful touches that make you feel welcome. The room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities you'd expect—air conditioning, a minibar, a great shower, and reliable Wi-Fi. I especially appreciated the soundproofing, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. Parking was easy and secure, and the location is ideal—close to the historic center of Ávila, yet in a quiet area with easy access to main roads. The breakfast was fresh and convenient, and I also enjoyed a great meal at the on-site restaurant.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ciudad de Ávila! The location is fantastic, and one of the best parts is the amazing restaurant right next door. It’s perfect for both dinner and breakfast, offering delicious meals and a cozy atmosphere. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with friendly staff who made me feel very welcome. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Excellent location as buses regularly stop outside hotel to the old part of the city and costs one euro. Menu del dial is excellent value for money at approx 16 euros for three courses, bread and wine. Be warned, it’s very popular so you need to get there early (commences 1.30) Underground parking was available at 8 euros a night, or free parking available outside. We chose the former as we had our luggage etc in the car.

Whilst some staff, especially in Reception, were very kind and helpful, we sometimes felt that some of the waiting on staff in the dining room were a bit curt and off hand. Not all of them by any means, but perhaps some training could assist.

From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel genuinely welcome. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful and immaculate, with a lovely atmosphere that made our stay so relaxing. We left feeling completely looked after – can’t wait to return.

No negatives at all – loved every moment of our stay

This quiet hotel is only 5 minutes from historic downtown Avila. The staff were welcoming and the rooms very clean. The hotel restaurant gets lively at night. Food was good and coffee great. Indoor parking was very appreciated. The day we arrived we were entertained by a local tradition / spontaneous calle pasada (?) (group of young people pub crawling with marching band instruments). Great energy!

No complaints. We were pleased with everything.

Room was very silent, comfy and clean. The staff was very helpful. Overall great value for money. We did not check in online but the in-person check in was very fast.

It is a bit far from the town centre, but there is a bus stop right in front of it and buses stop often, like every 5 minutes or so. We did not use the bus but rather walked to and from the city centre, which is still an option for those who enjoy walking - the area surrounding the hotel is very modern, open and clean.

This is a well designed functional modern hotel. It is on a main road on the outskirts of Ávila. There is a underground car park which costs €8 per night or €10 if you want to charge your EV. It is dog friendly. There is a restaurant at the side of the hotel which serves reasonable food. We would stay here again.

It is a bit out of the the way if you want to visit the historical centre of Ávila

Very presant with light from the window, clean, comfortable spacy！

Dinner menu was not available at early time. This is not a complaining, this is a cultural difference. So, that's understandable.

Everything on hand , shops, restaurant next door to hotel, excellent menu if the day, also other restaurants at a 5 min walk.. Easy access to all motorways and major roads
