The location that is just above the train station in Avila. The staff also are very helpful and accomodative. Helps me carry my heavy backpack luggage all the way from the réception to the room... I really appreciate that very much. Also, he allowed me to check in earlier.( I am really thankful and grateful first this) I expected only a small single room but they gave me a huge room, that I also appreciate.

The only thing I didn't like was there was no elevator otherwise everything was very good.

Right above the train station and within walking distance to the old town. Sparkingly clean and good towels & mattress. Value for the money.

Clean lady knocked around 11:50 reminding me of check-out time / 12PM. She was not rude, though.

It was quiet enough (not many trains at night), and just a few minutes needed to catch the train. The room was warm and the bed quite comfy.

Very dim light in the room, no tea/coffee making facilities

Room is clean, spacious and not noisy even next to train station. Bed is very comfortable. Staff is helpful & accommodating. Highly recommended.

It was an unique experience to stay at the railway station building and to leave it 5 mins before the train. The room is simple but very spacious.

The location is 1.5 km from the city walls

Being part of the station makes it so easy if arriving by train or easy to find by other means Sotlessly clean and only one floor rto negotiate

all went well, easy to find-in fact impossible to miss if you arrive by train! Train noise was obviously to be expected, will certainly stay again

Great for the price – better than I expected even. Friendly staff, good location, facilities generally a cut above similarly priced accommodation.

Rooms are big.

It can be a bit noisy and location is not very close to the historical center (15-20 min walk to the walls)
