The hotel is very nice ( recently re-opened). Rooms are huge, beds are very comfortable with fluffy pillows and duvets. Easy parking, friendly staff.

Loved the hotel location very central to all the vinaries. Inez is a asset to the reception. The little village was lovely. watching the tractors bringing in the grapes to the Cooperative was amazing. Legado Winery tour is a must. Room size and balcony view good. linen of good quality and comfy bed. Brilliant parking facilities

The carpet in our room was stained and a bit smelly. No eggs or brown bread for breakfast. Only coffee after breakfast from a vending machine. better for tea coffee facilities in the rooms. only 1 comfy chair in the room.

The hotel was really lovely. Only stayed for one night and the price was amazing. The room was clean and nicely decorated and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere about it. Reception staff were kind and polite and made everything super easy to understand. Will definitely visit and stay again, probably for a couple of days longer as the local village and surrounding area looks ripe for exploration... Oh and yeah, rioja wine... Big tick. A sincere thank you to all the staff.

Good hotel in the centre of the village. There are a few bars in The village, but a bit limited so we drove to Longroño and ate there. Good sized rooms and bathroom, plenty of cupboard space and dogs are allowed at an extra €10 per night. We parked on the side of the road without issue, but there is a hotel car park as well, we didn’t see this. A good breakfast.

All good but breakfast was bit limited compared to some of this size.

Great location, parking was handy. Lovely room, spacious and clean

I was told we could take our little dog to the breakfast room, and then informed by staff ( after I had got the breakfast that we couldn’t. I asked for a tray to take everything outside and told no they don’t have one. As I walk with a stick it was difficult to take everything and I was not offered any help!

Location was good and the reception staff were kind and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and the furnishing was nice. Restaurant food was good value for money.

Restaurant staff seemed overloaded and chaotic. At breakfast we had to ask for a clean table, plates, glasses etc. Carpets were dirty and stained, they re-cleaned on arrival but the next day they didn't come to clean the room. The reception staff kindly helped. But it seems there's some issues. It would have been nice to be able to use the bath.

Nice base for touring a pretty wine area. They have underground parking. Parking is hard in Spain, so the 8 euros they charged worked great for me. Good restaurant, and really enjoyed the breakfast.

Hotel is a little dated. Staff friendly but clueless. We arrived 5pm on a Sunday very hungry and very much in need of wine. The desk told us the wine was all closed on Sunday, and no food in town till 8:30pm. We ventured out at 8:30 only to find the hotel's own restaurant had been open the whole time, and there was a giant winery right across the street also open all day.

The hotel was quite good – the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great value for the price

It would be great if they added a coffee machine or a small corner with tea and coffee available in the evening – that would make the stay even more comfortable

Staff exceptional. Room, with the dog was superb, position excellent in middle of town. Walk everywhere. Breakfast was very, very good. Clean spacious and accommodating. No evening meal, but restaurant 2 min walk away. Excellent stop off for Bilbao and to pick up some wine!!!!!!
