The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the general atmosphere and comfort of the hotel.

There was a strange buzzing noise coming from the balcony door when it was closed, which was especially annoying since the bed was right next to it. I reported it to reception and they quickly sent someone from maintenance, but he was quite dismissive and just told me to leave the door open because it was warm enough. I found that unhelpful and not the kind of response I expected given the price of the stay.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff, nice big room with large, comfortable beds and bathroom with bath. Great breakfast with option to have things made to order. We didn’t use the pool or gym or hotel restaurant but they looked good. 10 minute walk to the historic centre with restaurant and bar options closer. On reception staff advice we took a taxi to the Alhambra as it is a 45-60 minute walk, uphill. This proved the best option, it was €16.45, as we spent 4 hours walking there and then walked downhill into town, seeing others struggling up the hill in the afternoon. The hotel was easy to drive to, just off a roundabout off a main road. The parking was €18.75 per day, payable at the hotel at the end of your stay. The hotel validates the parking ticket so that you can drive in and out during your stay.

We had a lovely stay at Gran Hotel Granada. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and Fran in particular was very helpful and kind throughout our visit. We had paid for a room upgrade, which was definitely worth it and added to the comfort of our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

The outside of the hotel could've looked better but the inside and the memories we made within it's walls more then made up for it

Divine hotel in great location, 15min walk to old town centre. Room was so clean and comfy and spacious, and I could live in that bathroom 😁 we arrived from 42 Celsius degrees to perfectly chilled room which was a big plus.. Coffee machine in the room, pool with nice bar outside, great little gateway before seeing Alhambra

Big mirror in our room was completely twisted somehow, giving you image with +20kilos, not complementary at all 😂 but there were other ones in the room that were better

The cleanliness , facilities. The kitchen quite helpful when i ask about halal and one kf the staff check for confirmation so easier for me since i habe kid.

The receptionist is quite slow for check in but the good thing they have online check in but im not notice it earlier. The halal options quite limited but the hotel close to other halal restaurant so its fine if u are looking for more. Parking quite pricey for me but the parking is just in the car park so easy.

I didn’t have a quiet room as requested. The wardrobe was dirty , I gave it a clean before I could hang my clothes up . The wardrobe or balcony doors in the rooms around us were very noisy making sleeping difficult for a light sleeper like me . Air conditioning was temperamental . The gourmet restaurant next to reception was a rip off for the substandard food they serve. Breakfast was okay .

The environment and the staff was super nice Elisa and Emmanuel at the reception treated us so well. The massage lady MariaJesus gave me the best massage. The cleanliness was 👌

The same breakfast,I really hated the breakfast at this hotel and for someone staying for more than one week having the same breakfast everyday its so boring they need to think about this too .

The location and staff are great. Check-in and check-out were quick despite the crowds. The reception staff are extremely experienced and courteous. There are some nice touches from the hotel management, such as wiping your car window before you leave and leaving a nice message on it wishing you a nice trip.

The pool is full of children, making swimming and relaxing almost impossible. The mini bar needs to be cleaned well.

Everything was good, except the noise of neighboring room repairs with hummer knocking from 8:30 till 16:30 every day of my stay from 27 till 31 January 2025. This noise motivated me to go to work earlier and not oversleep. However, in case of staying whole day in the hotel room, then I suppose the noise of repairs could be a real problem.

I didn't like the noise of the repairs in the neighboring room during the whole my stay in the hotel.
