The hotel was ideally located for our needs and had private parking at a very reasonable rate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is the added bonus of a swimming pool and it was very good value for money. When we asked for another pillow there was no problem and within 5 minutes one was delivered to our room.

Due to the hotel being circular and our room was on the inner circle I found that the room was a little on the small side and the carpet in the corridor was tired and needed to be replaced

Easy to find off the motorway. Car parking 12 euros. Tram into Granada centre took about 15 mins max. Taxi from center back to hotel 11 euros. Nice tapas bar Casa Mol round corner. Good cafe also round corner for breakfast. Lidl next door so we stocked up for our onward journey to holiday villa.

It’s a bit dated, very 80’s but suited us for 1 night stopover as reasonable price at £60. No coffee making facilities but complimentary water & orange juice in fridge.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, there is not a good choice of vegan food options but they made me something up which was lovely. We sat by the pool all day which was lovely. The hotel is in a great location, close to great restaurants and the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom sink however was slow at draining and the tap dripped but neither were really an issue.

The carpet in the corridors and by the lift is tired and could do with replacing and the vending machines by the exit to the pool were not working.

After living near hotel for 17 years, hotel was close by all my friends, also close to metro and restaurants.frindly staff always available to help.

Sometimes the coffee bar was closed and without coffee making in room had to go and find bar outside. Not happy with just buffet dinner in restaurant, ate outside.

First impression is very important to me, The big smile and friendly hospitality of the staff at the reception made me feel very welcomed. The receptionist allowed me to place my rented car at the front until my baggage settled in the rooms. The room and pool looked really good. It exceeded my expectations overall as the location is perfect for accessing Granada town centre by bus/on foot. I travelled with my parents so transport convenience was a big consideration for me, which my parents loved as well.

No free water bottle/kettle in the room. But luckily Lidl (supermarket) is nearby and they've got vending machines by the lift. It's the first time I drove in Spain and had understood that a closed gate at the carpark entrance was normal and it's accessible by speaking to the staff through the intercom when you arrive. But we didn't because we were not sure about it and chose to park temporarily at the front of the hotel to off load our luggage first.

Even though I don't speak fluent Spanish, I did not have any issue. The staff communicated very well with me in English. Also, I got an apartment which was so spacious I didn't need to go outside because I was able to storage my food.

The first room that I got had a nice view, but I didn't really like esthetic.

Great staff in reception, very hospitable and friendly! Extremely easy to have the car, had to pau for parking which we knew and the underground parking had big spaces. Location great , 30 minute walk to town and 15 by car to Alhambra the next day!

Paid 9€ each extra for breakfast and it was like a cantine. The hot food was all cold even the ones I saw carried in a minute earlier. Prefabricated croissants etc, no youghurts (onlu natural in a bowl). Not proper bacon (totally tasteless as well as cold) in all not worth the money.

Quick check in. Room was ready. Parking available as promised.

Room ready, but extra bed was a fold up bed placed in a poor location. We moved a lot of furniture around to make it more suitable. More thought should have gone into this when catering for 3 people in one room.

Quite a large and a modern hotel; Nice and helpful receptionists; Nice breakfast; The old town is easily accessible by public transport.

The parking was full therefore had to park on the street; The swimming pool is way smaller than ir appears on the photos plus people competing for sun-beds since there are not enough of those; During the check-out I got charged for two waters and two juices, the only thing that was in the fridge - assumed it was a welcome drink since there was no minibar pricelist in the room.

Clean and spacious rooms with comfy beds, strong AC, and easy access from the parking to the rooms. Great for a simple, comfortable stay in Granada. The swimming pool is smaller than it looks in the photos, but still sufficient.
