I stayed just one night and arrived late afternoon. There were lots of free parking spaces available. Checking in was quick and efficient and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was as expected. Nice and clean and well presented. The bed was very comfortable, WiFi was also good. Plenty of hot water in the shower with soap dispensers on the wall. The towels were also good. As it was a very warm evening, I used the Airconditioning, which was perfect and not noisy at all. Just the normal murmur from the fan system. Paying extra for the breakfast was well worth it. A buffet style continental breakfast with a very large choice of almost everything available. You just help yourself to as much as you want. At all Ibis Hotels you are guranteed a very comfortable nights sleep, a good bar area with snacks and a very nice breakfast.

If you are staying for a long stay, the room will feel small. Just for one or two nights there is nothing to complain about. This Hotel is on the outskirts of town. You would need a taxi to take you in and out to the center.

The hotel staff were lovely, helped whenever we needed, the room is not huge but has good storage, a TV, the bathroom is a good size with a walk in shower which was great. the bed was super comfy and a really good size. the only 'bad' thing is that there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. there is a supermarket across the road if you want any snacks etc. The area the hotel is in is a little edge of the town/industrial in terms of there is warehouses across the road and a duel carriage way outside but we were in a room that was facing it and it wasnt noisy. the hotel is nice though and very good value. there is a secure car park which is free.

have tea and coffee facilities in the room. there is an old petrol station just outside the entrance to the hotel which could be made to look a little better but this is probably nothing to do with the hotel.

Very comfortable bed. Quiet - not disturbed by noise from other rooms. Basic, but functional room - everything you need. I really liked the coffee machine! What a good idea! Close to 3 supermarkets and various cafes. Easy to get to, and drive into Jerez, but not to get to the centre walking or by public transport.

10 euro surcharge for a dog seems very steep! You're either pet friendly or not. It's not a business opportunity. I would stay again, but adding the cost of the dog, there are cheaper options. A couple more hooks on the wall in the room would be great.

Nice and comfy, and a nice breakfast. Not even 5 minutes walk to the Tio Pepe festival, which we where there for ☺️ Carefour shopping centre across the road for all your needs. And not to far to the shopping centre and IKEA.

The noise from the motorway was noisy and kept waking me up but it was fine. The extra bed to get in and out you would catch yourself on the hard wooden base around it, need a higher mattress Think we were given one of the older rooms, as when we walked in and out cleaners where cleaning other rooms thst looked much nicer and newer.

Absolutely perfect hotel to see Jerez. Easy to find from the motorway with Sat Nav. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Ample free, safe parking. Surrounded by eateries, cinema and huge Carrefour all across the road. Easy 25 minute walk into Jerez centre or just under €5 for a taxi from reception. I taxied to Jerez and walked back to the hotel because coming back is all downhill. Reception phoned the taxi for me. My room was spotless and quiet. Included WiFi was excellent. I wish I could have stayed longer and would definitely stay there again.

Nothing. It was perfect.

The room was clean & tidy, along with the bed & pillows being comfortable. The bathroom is a good size and the shower was very nice. Our evening meal was served quickly and was good. We didn’t have breakfast, so cannot comment.

The old petrol station opposite looks a mess and the carrefour car park also close by was full of lorries and litter. Nothing to do with the hotel just a shame the surroundings are a disappointment.

- well located if you want to go to different beaches -surrounded by supermarkets which ia great -swimming pool decent size -very tasty breakfast -generally comfortable hotel however in some parts slightly outdated.

Room was spacious, clean and bed very comfortable. Reakfast not included in room rate, but you could get coffee and croissant for 3£. The hotel menu was small but food really good (best pizza in a long time). The outdoor area was also quite large and pool looked really nice. The staff were extremely helpful and cordial. Would highly recommend

Continental breakfast but a decent choice, plenty of time from 6.30am-midday. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy and the rooms were quiet and cool. Carrefour next door to pick up a few bits before walking to town. Free WiFi WiFi sufficient speeds for video chats etc. The pool area looked clean and inviting although we didn't have time to use it. Free parking as well was a huge bonus.

TVs are a bit outdated, they work fine but the screencast disconnects randomly meaning you can't watch Netflix etc One piece of skirting board was loose in the room, as well as a wooden trim around the wardrobe with a nail slightly sticking out, could maybe catch clothes on.

It's an Ibis so it's not going to be plush but it was well thought out with a good shower room, comfortable bed, sockets in the right places and so on. Helpful and friendly staff. They offer food at any time - we had an evening meal and were really impressed with the quality. The breakfast was a bit more basic but adequate. No problem getting into and out of the car park. They also had EVs but they needed an app we didn't have, so we used the Tesla supercharger that's very close.
