It was a very good experience with varied and good selection. I was quite pleased with the offer. In fact, the overall quality was very good.

Considering the price and the room that ended up being a suite, I have no negative comments of significance. The only aspect was to find the breakfast room due to layout of the building. But, I wouldn’t consider it an issue. Overall: price/service/room quality was very good for the hotel category and resulted in a very good stay for a night, in a great city that León is.

We enjoyed some of the best nights sleep we’ve experienced being on the Camino. The hotel was first rate. The staff pleasant and helpful. The included breakfast was wonderful and offered a multitude of choices. Would stay here again.

The only disappointment was having to walk so far to tour the Cathedral and the historic old city. The hotel is somewhat removed from the center of festivities.

we chose this hotel for 3 things. Parking under the hotel, tight but excellent. Location, just 15 minutes walk away from the Historic district, it is still a vibrant area, with loads of bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast: excellent buffet breakfast with healthy oats, oat milk, fresh fruit. The staff at reception were all friendly and extremely helpful. we had a problem with the room safe, which they sorted out speedily. The staff in the breakfast room were also excellent, friendly and attentive. The hotel was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable.

It was a bit of a walk from the hotel to the central district, but after a few days in the central district, I was happy to be away from it.

Nice modern clean hotel. Checking in was easy with secure parking nearby.

There were hidden charges made on checking out where i was asked to pay a 5 euro surcharge on each of my 3 twin room booking plus a further 35 euro charge for a 4th having been given a suite that was never requested or booked.. This resulted in an awkward conversation that was partially lost in translation with the girl on check out getting frustrated by it all.

Facilities are great and same as the photos. Especially i had a good information for looking around for Leon from the reception, Silvia. My friend and I enjoyed and more than satisfied to have a night there, and impressed by the kind and generous reception. Oh, also the breakfast was fantastic!

Nothing really, but the price when i booked was over 100 euro, now its only 50 euro. I understand but still there is too much gap.

We didn't have breakfast, the location was perfect.

I thought the charge for parking was excessive, the slot we got wasn't actually a full space but was ample for our motorcycles.

I was quite and good safe parking. The staff were very helpful.

Just the location for us

Very good choice near Leon center, yet not in the most busy old city. 15 min walk to Leon cathedral. Very friendly and helpful staff and speaking good english (!). Very good breakfast.

shower was a bit tricky to regulate. Parking - you need to get to the reception first and they give you detailed instructions how to park nearby for a few EUR per day. Do not try to park just next to the hotel- it is bound to 2 hours.
