Great location, very comfortable room with great bed, very good shower, excellent A/C.

Breakfast was expensive at 20 euro and not a complete breakfast like other 4-star hotels. When we arrived we were told that parking was available to purchase for the first night but the second night was sold out. If we had known that, we would have purchased parking in advance.

Night staff and kitchen staff were100% great!

50% of the staff could use a little more training in how to manage customer requests. The maid has been coughing for four days straight with no mask and all over the hall and the stairs Ect; We have refused Service to clean the room for this reason. When asked about this with management, they replied.No one in Logrono wears a mask. Ok, but if an employee is sick and spreading viruses everywhere, would it not be beneficial to your business to have them stay home or wear a mask? for the calibre of this hotel, I'm surprised no one seems to care about the customer's safety.

Great, quiet location, lovely clean room, super breakfast (17€) and a tasteful renovation. Staff on check in gave us some really good information about the area.

As a four star hotel tea and coffee facilities should be in the room. Also a water fountain or water bottles should be in the spa. Staff were friendly but as a four star I would expect help with baggage, check out etc… so a little bit impersonal. Might be nice to have outdoor chairs/sofas in between the two buildings and maybe the foyer too. It wouldn’t take a lot to make this a bit more of personal and four star high end experience.

Breakfast room was absolutely beautiful. The lady running it was very friendly. I was very happy to see plant based milk as the two previous hotels we stayed at did not have it. Great location for getting around the city. Would definitely recommend doing the local wine tour. Room was a good size but our view wasn’t great.

View from our room. Parking is expensive at €18 a day. You have to book it in advance but it was booked out by the time we got there, our mistake. However, we got free parking opposite the police station for the 3 days so it worked out perfectly.

The room/bed

The lady reception was very arrogant at arrival. We went with the car passing by the street and you have to write down the car plate accordingly to not get penalty for being in the downtown.Second time I had to wait around 10 min in reception.nobody there.Reception area smell very bad.And if you want a coffee in morning in the bar, wait..because nobody come to attend you.Waitress are in the pantry talking.The only nice person was Rodrigo(the receptionist).

Central location. Modern facility. Wonderfully kind staff, especially Candela. Delicious breakfast with lots of protein. Lovely wait staff who made sure I had a “care package” for my next day on the Camino.

I understand that having a full-on restaurant might be a costly thing for the hotel, but please, at least a rioja bar with a couple of signature easy-to-make tapas, for those guests (like me) who prefer a quiet evening away from the crowds on Calle Laurel. This addition would definitely make money.

Fabulous hotel in perfect old town location, friendly staff, large luxurious room with all you could need from wifi to TV, very comfy bed, great shower and bathroom and just a lovely architecture with exposed beams and views onto the cobbled streets below. We did not eat at hotel but the breakfast looked great and hotel was easy walking distance to the rest of the old town streets as it is located on one of them! We also enjoyed walking around later in the evening when all the locals come out, try the multiple squares and enjoy a drink at any of the many choices. Parking was a little tough as its a busy place at night and the hotel lot was full when we arrived but I found somewhere only 5 mins away in a free local parking lot.

Nice big room. Staff friendly. Decent bathroom. Great location. Was able to park in their car park. Especially on the festival weekend. Had air con which was great. We would stay here again.

No views. Spa experience expensive. Breakfast expensive €20 - so didn't do it. However loads of other far cheaper options near by.

Location was excellent - walking distance to center yet not on the noisy streets. Room was also very nice and it was convenient to have a parking on site.

Breakfast was expensive and not very good value. Also, spa needs to be reserved one room at a time (why??) and thus we could not use it because it was fully booked all the time....

A pleasant modern hotel in the old town of Logrono, handy walking distance of the main tourist attractions. On-site parking was available.

The design of some facilities was less than ideal. The main bathroom sink was very small, which, combined with design of the tap, meant easy accidental splashing. The shower did not have an effective safety hold even though it was quite slippery - not ideal for older people.
