Reception staff were helpful and flexible; we were allowed early check in as well as a room change. They also spoke good English. Location was handy, both for walking around the city and for driving in and out.

The parking - and this is our sole reason for saying that we wouldn't stay here again. It was certainly convenient to have on site parking and its cost was reasonable. But getting into and especially out of it was a challenge (and we don't have a large car). Although written instructions were provided on how to line up for the lift to leave the car park, it was still less than easy and a member of staff came down in the lift to provide further guidance. From what we were told this was standard practice. The parking bays are quite narrow.

Amazing location so near all the action. Calle Laurel fir amazing tapas bars selling fabulous wines. Really cheap for tapas and wine. Fantastic internal setting. Super friendly, efficient staff. Large rooms and comfy beds. Really clean and good breakfast.

The garage is under the hotel and you have to put your car into a lift to access it. It's very tight and would not be suitable for really large cars and vans. Please don't let that put you off this hotel as it is really worth a stay. We will be returning in the summer.

This is our 4th stay at the F&G and we choose it because it is easy to find, is convenient for the old town and is comfortable. The hotel has underground parking (15 euros), which is accessed via a lift. On our first visit we found the whole experience a bit daunting as we had quite a big car but it's actually quite straightforward. The staff are very friendly and helpful (and they had umbrellas to lend us as it started to rain whilst we were there), the room had a lovely view of the river, very comfortable beds and pillows, good aircon and a nice bathroom and shower. The old town with its multitude of fantastic tapas bars is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Nothing, but one thing to bear in mind is that we have never found any nearby on-street parking so have always used the garage.

The location was perfect. We had restaurants, grocery stores, banks and everything needed very close to El Camino. The place was run wonderfully and very flexible. Jose made himself available to help with anything we needed. We were 4 people but the place accommodated 6 with no issues, maybe more. Apartment was clean and wonderfully maintained. Everything was taken care of in advance. When I go back, there is no other place that I would book.

Beatrice!!!! do I need to say more? She went out of her way to make my stay the best ever. I arrived with an Achilles ankle issue and she helped me with getting ice finding an ER and getting me a taxi. This lady is just awesome.

The fact that I could not turn the air conditioning on the vault, safe didn’t work, and there was a light in the bathroom that was out other than that the children playing down the street was kind of humorous

The hotel was very clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful at both check in and check out. The room was lovely.

The on site carpark is unable to accommodate larger cars so we had to pay €17 euros to park in the nearest acceptable carpark which was a 10 minute walk away.

Great value hotel in the centre of town. The rooms were of a good size and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely view of the river from our room. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good temperature. Beatrix on reception was a lovely lady with excellent English. She made us feel very welcome.

The bar/restaurant staff that were on duty when we arrived back one evening at about 10.20pm.we were told quite bluntly we are closed but the very helpful lady receptionist had told us earlier the bar was open untill 11.00pm and she went and told them too serve us. They were not to happy.

Perfect location. Really good value for money considering other places we saw only a short walk away. Once we got the two pillows from the wardrobe, the bed was comfortable. Lovely shower / water pressure

The lift to the car park was SO tight. You cannot stay here with a large car, and they should message you that prior to your arrival / in their description. No duvet. Air con wasn’t getting very cold

Location - the first thing you see when you cross the bridge into logrono. The bathroom was huge for a single en-suite with bath tub, shower n bidet.

The bed was small , more of a cot than a proper single bed. If you are tall it would be a problem
