Perfect location to explore the city on foot or by public transport. Nice clean rooms with kitchen. Close to shopping and restaurants. Good hotel for a long weekend stay in Madrid.

The breakfast could be a bit more varied, as well as the breakfast room was sometimes overcrowded and you need to wait for some table to sit. But the staff tried their best to coordinate these issues.

Loved the staff, the room had everything needed, microwave, stove top, stocked fridge, sink, and a private bath. Beds were clean and really comfortable.

Housekeeping took the dirty towels from the floor and hung then up instead of giving fresh towels. Mold in the shower. Location was in a very busy part of town, so it was noisy at night and early in the morning.

All went well.

There were stairs to get to the reception area and then stairs to get to the lift. Even though there were not many stairs, it was still hard for 73 yo ladies carrying up suitcases weighing 17kgs.

The location of the hotel is great, it's at walking diatance to some tourist spot like Templo debond, Plaza de España, Palacio Real, Catedarl Santa Maria Real de la Almudena, close to some restaurants like cien montaditos( tapas), it's close to bus station and train station. Apso it's close to some theaters. The area is safe and most of the time is with people. The hotel has good breakfast bread, croisants, eggs, ham cheese, coffe, capuccino, juices, tea it's good. We were 3 and the room was comfy for us as well as the beds

Really nice hotel! The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the metro, which made getting around super easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was a good size for three people. The beds were comfy, though I would’ve preferred one proper double bed instead of two singles pushed together, but not a big deal. The room was clean, had a minibar, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the A/C kept the place nice and cool. Basically, everything we needed was there. Overall, a great spot to stay if you’re visiting the city!

The best Location in Madrid in the heart of Gran Via. You can walk to royal palace, plaza mayor, all restaurants are just around you. Security always there and they close the gate at night Room looks old, but spacious , clean and has everything you want specially kitchen equipment if you stay long time. Good AC specially in the hot summer of Madrid

nothing special, if i need to mention something i will say the stairs at the entrance of the hotel while you are carrying heavy bags.

Booked 2 rooms for family of 5. Location and hotel were great, first time was in Madrid and really liked it. If i come second time, i will stay here again. Rooms nice and clean, warm. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was good too. We had little kitchen in toom too which was convinient when travel with kids.

Nothing, all was great. Size of room were breakfast was served is limited, during rush hour you miight wait. Great coffee but no tea at all.

The location was perfect! Close to all the main things or at least in walkable distance. Also metro stops super close. The airconditioning was working really well but the minus point was that it was really loud.

The fitted carpet was kinda nasty. All the kitchen utensils was dirty before we came and no dishsoap was provided. Not accessible hotel if you are looking for one.

We had a studio apartment which was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was large and very modern. The hotel is so central and everything is within walking distance. It's close to a lot of restaurants, shops and the underground.

There were a few steps to reach the reception area which might provide difficult with large bags. Would have also preferred a better choice for breakfast. There was no electric kettle in the room but we made hot water in a pan on the hob.

In a very central location. Although hotel is a little bit dated, the studio room and ensuite are both very spacious and convenient. Visiting in winter, the room is heated, clean and quiet. We have not tried the breakfast.

No coffee/tea in the room. There are a few set of steps before getting a lift to go one floor up, and then a few more steps to reach to where the reception and lifts to get to the rooms are.
