This is a hostal and co-working space, not a typical hotel. Staff are friendly and efficient. WiFi works well. There is a communal kitchen with a piano. Several customers played the piano beautifully during our stay. There is a third floor terrace that is OK, but not spectacular. We had our own room with bathroom. It was small, but well equipped with a refrigerator and microwave oven. No plates or utensils, but you could borrow those from the communal kitchen. The location is good, there is a Mercado three blocks away with restaurant/bars, a large supermarket, and other vendors. The Metro stop is two blocks away, on a busy street with many shops and services. The place has a modern vibe with interesting use of colored lighting, both inside and outside the room.

The bathroom is very small, and a big person might find squeezing past the sink to get to the toilet inconvenient and they might find the shower stall too small. It worked for us, but we are small folks. The bed is oriented perpindicular to the room, next to the wall. This means the person in the double bed next to the wall has to crawl over their partner to get in or out of bed. There was no coffee machine in the room, but staff said there was a coffee machine in the communal kitchen that cost 1 euro.

It is a hostel, which is why the rooms weren't cleaned on a daily basis according to the receptionist upon check-in, but it was much cleaner than many hotels I've stayed in. I tend to be very critical of the cleaning methods, but in my room, even all the corners were clean, something that is often overlooked. I had a private room, so I can't say anything about the dorm rooms. The room was small, but practical. The only thing I would have liked is some more space to put toiletries in the bathroom. The hostel is also very close to bus and metro stops (Estrecho), so even though it's quite a distance to the well-known sights, bus 3 (or metro 1) can take you there while you see some of the rest of the city. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area too, so you don't have to go to the city center if you don't want to.

The hostel boasts a distinctive mix of industrial legacy and contemporary, avant-garde interior design. I was particularly impressed by the elegant style of the common areas, especially the upper terrace. The substantial and varied breakfast provided an excellent beginning to the day. P.S. For Real Madrid enthusiasts, I recommend a trip to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, conveniently located just 1.3 km from the property.

Our room was narrow, with the bed positioned sideways at the very end, stretching from wall to wall, so I had to climb over my father to reach my side of the bed.

Modern facilities. Internet worked well during my stay (calls on zoom went smooth). Both my private room and the shared bathroom were clean, the bathroom didn’t seem to be shared with too many people. Staff were kind and welcoming. Breakfast was great, the lady in charge of it is very sweet as well. It’s close to the metro station. Easy to reach. The shared areas (kitchen, kitchen mezzanine, terrace) were very pleasant.

Price was way too high for a shared bathroom stay. My room had glass windows that didn’t open. Very strict checkout time, like knocking on your door 10 minutes before 11:00 to rush me up.

The location was perfect for me. Very close to the metro station and, consequently, to the center. The neigborhood is quiet contrary to the city center. The common areas of this hostel are very nice and were not very crowded during my stay, lots of space and great decoration.

Just some details. I felt the recepcionist was friendly but kinda in a rush for no reason, speaking much faster than required while providing the check-in information. Just one toilet on the ladies WC, what left me waiting for some time on the morning.

Superior price for its Location we were in Madrid for a Real Madrid match and the Stadion was 10 Minutes from it, Metro and Supermarkts are in 5 Min reach. Staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was okay too. Rooms and common areas were clean and kept clean. Keep in mind we had a private room with separated Bathroom, from other rooms i have no experience :) Positiv expereince all over, would def. come back.

The remote controller for the AC unit was weared off they should change it. The battery was taped at the back of the device i had to push it to make the controller work. In the bathroom there was a small leak they at the joints by the tap where the water runs through to the shower they should just do some maintainence on it not a big deal. Did not bother me too much.

Check-in was easy, and the trip from the airport was easy, quick.... great for not having to think too much when jet-lagged. I liked that I was in an area that I could walk around, feeling safe while trying to get in as much daylight as I could to deal with a Transatlantic flight. For me the 2km walking distance to the train station was *just right* for heading out on the camino the next day. As I was not staying in Madrid, I did not need a fancy hotel or the cost of same. Far better to be close to the supermarket and other amenities so that I could prepare to leave efficiently the next day.

Not to have people talking all night, and the weird very late arrival with a person who fought with their cell phone charger for about 40 minutes before finally going to sleep.

Very clean, comfortable bed, nice communal facilities. Staff all seemed nice, though we didn't interact with them much. It's very near a metro stop, so easy to get around. Plenty of nice places to eat nearby. We stayed at one other place locally given limited availability and Far Home Bernabeu was way nicer!

Broadly it was great. I mostly just couldn't stand the bright, multi colored lights in the hallways, which were brutal with a headache. My other light related gripe was the smoke detector flashed a red light right over the bed, which left me having to sleep with an eye mask. We stayed in one of the suites and the design of the shower meant water got absolutely everywhere no matter what we did.

The room was cleaned every day, bed changed halfway through my stay, convenient location right next to a metro station and Mercadona and nice facilities to use.

My only issue was that there was a leak in the roof of our bathroom for 2 nights so we had to use the public one two floors down which was inconvenient, but it was a major rain storm so not much to be done about it.

Even though my first stay was very short but definitely i have a couple of positive things to say about the place. They have a 24h reception which made it easy for me since ai arrived at 2 am to the place. The location is excellent as it is very close to a train station and it’s also accessible by the bus. The beds were clean and very comfortable. Can’t say much about the bathrooms since I only got to sleep there and leave.

The place isn’t very social and the common rooms feel empty, so if you’re looking for something else this isn’t the place for you. I didn’t like the accessibility to the upper bed in the bunk bed but once you’re up there it’s as comfortable as any other bed.
