Nice hotel to stay near Madrid's airport. Very helpful staff. We traveled by car and could park in the underground parking lot. 12 euros per night (member fee). The shuttle from or to the airport is 4 euros per person. The breakfast was good. Rooms are spacious. 10 minutes to Terminal 1.

The air conditioning system can be improved. It's loud even on first fan level and is full of dust. :(

We stayed at this property twice while transiting through Madrid. We did not have a lot of time so staying near the airport made sense to us. The desk staff at this property was particularly helpful to us and we appreciated this. Our room was clean and the wifi worked well. The on-site restaurant was fine and helpful as there is not much nearby. We used the shuttle (excellent service and price) to return to the airport twice and would have used it to reach the property but their online booking offered limited times that did not work for us. I would stay here again if I was transiting through Madrid.

I wish the shuttle from the airport to the hotel had offered more pickup times.

NO Free Shuttle to the airport! 10 euros per person! Pay coffee Machine in the lobby! How cheap is that! In a nice hotel they can’t even have free coffee for their customers!

Hotel is fine. The check in lady wasn’t warm or helpful (had a tone) yet all other staff were lovely. Room was nice and clean. View was of another room directly across from us. The overall area was definitely unsafe with a huge amount of police in the area with lights on. There were empty unfinished buildings, garbage everywhere and homeless people all around. Once you’re at this hotel count on not leaving you have to go for your flight if this is why why you booked it

Unsafe area, messy, garbage, homeless people everywhere with a massive active police incident occurring.

Location close to the airport and to Atlético’s stadium. Room was super quiet from outside and inside noise. Beautiful area to sit outside and have a drink and enjoy the sun. The receptionist that checked us in was probably the nicest person we have ever encountered at front of house. So sorry I cant remember her name.

Only issue is we got an e mail when we arrived home saying we used items from the mini bar which we made sure not to use. I mailed straight back and said we hadn’t used anything and all credit they apologised and were sorry for the misunderstanding. This would not deter us from visiting again.

the room was amazing. big, clean, comfortable, great sized bath and lovely shower.

the airport shuttle advertised is actually only for people who have hand luggage. as we had larger checked in baggage we couldn’t get on it, so we had to pay for a taxi instead. this was actually the reason we booked this ‘airport hotel’ so we were disappointed to have to pay for taxis in addition to the hotel cost. also the location was a little difficult to walk from as the paths just ended suddenly at times, so we had to walk on the road at times to get to the train station. the breakfast was lovely but one day there was a bit of plastic in the cake

Very clean and very confy. Nice and smily staff. Nice and tasty food on breakfast (recomend to take) Director Ana is doing good job managing this hotel. Really hard to find anything to complain.

Location is a bit far, there is no metro station so you need to take bus (cheaper if you are alone or two, 2.6eur per person) or some taxi/uber/cabify 7-8-9eur (better and cheaper if you are familly) to first metro station Canillejas, then metro is nice and cheap, you can buy 10 tickets and each will cost 0.75eur.

This is my second stay here. The staff here are super helpful and friendly which is why I booked a second time. Special mention for Isabel on reception for tips on places to eat and how to get into the city centre. Food in the restaurant excellent as was breakfast. Nice amenities like the lounge in reception with complimentary coffee and iced water. Sound insulation - couldn’t hear aircraft despite being close to the runway.

As with all the airport hotels at Madrid airport, they are quite a way from the city centre and there is very little to do locally. However, a short bus ride to the metro station made it cheap and easy to get there if you don’t mind the 40/50 minute trip each way. Much more cost effective than a taxi.

We are members of the IHG hotel group so got an upgrade to a club suite. Nice but furniture a bit sparse. Only one chair in an enormous room. Large comfortable bed. Plenty towels, lovely and soft.

I ordered a Cesar salad in the bar. Bad choice. Hardly any sauce. Chicken nice but not much of it. No tomatoes and just a large amount of cabbage-like lettuce which was placed in the dish in half...seemed to be grilled and looked like it was bad. It was horrible. My husbands hamburger was lovely though.

It's a hotel near the airport, but you can't reach it without a car or taxi. The price was fantastic, a 4-star hotel for a price that was below what 3-star hotels in the area cost. The hotel is very nice, as is the restaurant. It was impeccably clean, the room was great, and the bathroom was fantastic with both a tub and a shower, as well as wonderful soaps and shampoos.

The neighborhood is scary, surrounded by the highway, a few hotels and some abandoned buildings.
