The hotel is small but very well located. You can get there directly from the airport on metro line 8 to the Colombia stop, which is very close to the hotel. Bus 51 is convenient for sightseeing or shopping along Serrano Street or getting to Plaza del Sol, where the famous Bear is located. The rooms are not big, but nice, comfortable, and clean. The staff is professional and friendly, always available to help.

Everything was fine, but I wish they had a safe in the rooms, for those of us who are staying for several days.

Location is convenient very close to shops & metro stations so easy to get around madrid. Room was acceptable in size & clean. Hairdryer in toilet which is great. Bed was comfortable.

No drinking cups nor coffee or tea facility which is standard in most hotels at this room rate. There was insufficient worktop space in the bathroom by the sink hence found it such a hassle having to retrieve toiletries from the bedroom all the time. Would have preferred more lighting by the sink mirror too. The shower cubicle was too small in size as kept banging arm against the mixer tap. Basin was also too small & kept dripping water onto the floor. Pillow was a bit too soft. Lifts were too small & old. One of the elderly cleaning staff seemed grumpy whereas another young lady was very pleasant & friendly. Service needs improving on the grumpy one.

Breakfast was not included, but there is an excellent bakery across the street. The hotel is small but very well located. The rooms do not have a safe to put money and documents.

Near Colombia Metro, so it was a direct route to the airport (Line 8). The station has elevator access to the street level, so we didn't have any problem getting to the subway platform with our luggages. Also easy access to central Madrid on the metro. There are several restaurants in the area (including a McDonalds) and a Carrefour Express mart nearby. Surroundings quiet and peaceful. We had a junior suite with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed that can be coverted into 2 single beds, so we were able to rest well. The rest of the room was big enough for us to open our 4 luggages. The bathroom was also spacious and had hooks and racks that were often not provided in other lodgings, so they were particularly welcomed. There was also a spacious wardrobe area with plenty of hangers for the 4 of us. The staff were friendly and helpful and prompt with their replies when we communicated with them prior to our arrival. They were also able to hold our luggages for us (in a locked room) after our checkout as we only had to head to the airport in the evening. Overall, it was a good stay.

Clean rooms with a decent amount of space for two people. Great location with metro very close and 5’ walking distance. Fairly quiet for Madrid and good area. Comfortable bed.

The electric outlets on the headboard of the bed were extremely annoying and inconvenient to charge your phone or use the side reading lamps. I would highly suggest changing this if possible. Also opening the sliding door and window to the outside were very outdated and worn down which made this difficult to use.

Bathroom. Clean and comfortable, Location is great, well communicated with public transport, especially if you come/go from/to the airport (only 4 stops, direct line). Nice area with shops and some restaurants nearby. Not crowded, not noisy. Room is very good pricewise. Air conditioning working great. Refrigerator was a good thing to have, nice to find a compliment bottle of water upon arrival (but you can drink Madrid's tap water, it's very good). Comfortable bed.

Bathroom. the space inside the shower is a bit limited. Room. I liked having a terrace, but would prefer to have a higher separation between my terrace and the terraces on right/left, to give you more privacy. Garbage is not separated, so everything (plastic, organic remains, paper...) goes into the same bin/bag. I know this is quite common in many hotels, but there must be a way to try to recycle.

Good location out of the core busy tourist centre, with good public transport to go to the very centre (bus outside hotel to the centre in 20 min). Clean. Has air conditioning. Reception has staff (polite and speak English; they called taxi for me)

It is very near a nightclub and if you sleep with windows opened you can hear the music and noise of people. Not too bad but you can still hear till early morning

Friendly and English speaking staff who were very comforting and helpful…. Specially staff Christin. Clean and comfy room. Close proximity to Colombia metro station. Easy access to Sol (centre of Madrid) by bus no 51 with bus stop right outside. Lot of option around for food and drink. Close proximity (walking distance) to Santiago Bernabeu stadium.

The shower area was very small. Would be difficult for someone really healthier.

Great room with good lighting, fridge, air con, TV and a nice bathroom. Regular change of towels by staff. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom which I quite enjoyed.

Room was a bit tiny and tight, but we didn't stay in it for long anyway, as we were exploring Madrid. Almost no amenities like shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom (the glass door was getting stuck at times).

The hotel was not conveniently located near the place where I had to conduct business, but I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the overall comfort.

Nothing special. If anything, I would have appreciated more information from the staff about what’s available in the neighbourhood, including places to eat and prices.
