My third visit -that says it all -the room (6th floor) was well equipped, spotless and very comfortable-the staff were friendly and helpful (I have rarely come across an hotel where over a period of three years so many of the staff have remained the same)

If I were to be ultra picky, I would suggest that the menu should change more frequently-breakfast is good with a wide selection and lunch for the few who want it, is basically taken from the room service menu-however the dinner menu contains many of the dishes from my previous visits and the menu is not extensive

Everything was perfect about it, starting with the lovely and very helpful reception and Ocean bar staff, the wonderful and very clean room with a sea view at the 6th floor, the very comfortable bed… We had a rented car and we had no problems finding a free parking space on the street, right next to the hotel, 3 days in a row. Even though the street outside the hotel is very large, we didn’t even hear the traffic noise…everything was quiet and peaceful, and with a lovely sea view. The hotel is the perfect start point if you want to visit the surroundings (we went to Gibraltar in 1h30min, to Marbella in 35 min and Frigiliana in 55min) and it’s also a walk away to the city center (45min of light walk along the beachside). You also have bus no 7 or 40 to take you straight to the city center and back in less than 20min

Comfortable clean rooms with good range of toiletries. Great decor throughout hotel. Welcome fruit was very nice as were the daily water bottles and chocolate. Staff were polite and pleasant

The bar meals were disappointing. The pizza was very dry and my husband left most of it. I had stir-fry which was ok apart from the sauce which tasted like gravy. We read in two places that prosecco was part of the welcome pack. We didn't receive any and reception said we were given water instead.

I didn't understand The concept with blanket. I was like blanket wrapped around sheets. Always woke up in The morning with no sheets on The blanket.

Nice hotel with friendly and well trained staff. The breakfast is very good and the timeframe in which you can serve breakfast is very generous ;) The room was cleaned perfectly every day, and we also had a nice surprise to see that our car (parked in the underground garage) was washed one day ;)

A minor aspect: the underground parking needs the room key to open when entering (the exit is automatic) and you have to step out and scan it (the scanning part sometimes takes multiple tries). Maybe an easier way to enter would be great (like a remote, or licence plate recognition).

We needed a short stay to recuperate from an operation and attend the nearby clinic. The staff were professional, warm, welcoming and super helpful . The hotel company has thought about every little detail to make your stay a delight. Bedroom and bathroom facilities comfortable, clean, spacious, and working well. The breakfast choice was excellent. The kitchen worked all day so we could eat a cooked meal at any time. The bar and sitting areas were spacious and bright. The location was excellent for the Misericordia beach with a promenade which accommodates young and old alike. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Taxi and bus outside the door therefore easy to get into the town for shopping. Or easy walking 4 kms. There are a couple of medium size swimming pools at the back set in a garden with grass but we stayed in April too cold to swim.

The wifi varied depending where you were not did work ok. If you want a sea view you do get the traffic noise from the main road but it is not hectic and we didn’t mind it because we enjoyed seeing the sea.

The hotel has great location, is very clean and quiet. Facilities are excellent, breakfast was great. The best part of this hotel was its staff. Especially one lady at the reception desk, who helped with a very important matter - I’d like to personally thank her for being such a great person and doing her job professionally.

The was honestly nothing we disliked about this hotel.

Location with a sea view was brilliant. Our suite was exceptional .Very spacious and comfortable with ample supplies of tea and coffee. A good coffee machine. Everything was spotlessly clean and staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel is on the number 405 bus route into Malaga centre. The bus stop is very close to the hotel. Restaurant food and breakfasts were very good.

Our plan was to stay a couple of days next to the beach - hence the first reservation here, then go on trips to Sevilla, Cordoba etc and then come back to Malaga before our flight and enjoy a night in the historic center. But we liked it so much here, that we decided to come back for our last night as well. :D Location is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful, it is clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet. And even though it is not located in the historic center, we really enjoyed our daily walks there next to the sea. Would come back in a heartbeat.

The rooms were clean, the food was great (especially the breakfast- we loved it!). The hotel is located close to the beach, and also close to the bus station. It’s 30 minutes away from the city centre (by bus). The staff is friendly and helpful.

Some nights the dinner would take up to 2 hours to be served, which would be inconvenient if you were to hurry somewhere. (We had halfboard included in the room price).
