Great location if you're going to an event in the Murcia bull ring as it's just round the corner. Hotel is extremely clean, well cooled (it was 42c outside during our visit), and the staff are very friendly. Clean, comfortable rooms - really nice comfy bed. We didn't eat in the hotel, other than breakfast. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety from hot bacon, fried or scrambled eggs, sausage and fried veg (tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers - aubergine and courgette one morning), to an assortment of bread, the usual cold cheeses and hams, a good selection of fruit, yoghurt and cereals (nice to see pumpkin and chia seeds offered in addition to rolled oats). Also a big table of the more 'heart attack' material in the form of croissants and cream-stuff pastries. Good coffee from the machine but, like every Spanish hotel I've ever been in, ever - not great tea ... and that is why I always travel with teabags!

Parking was quite expensive at €22 a day, but we weren't able to compare that to 24hrs in a public carpark. The only minor issue, aside from the expensive parking, was that on our second day, the breakfast area was extremely busy. I had my usual of scrambled eggs on toast, only to find them stone cold. I believe they'd just been replenished and I expect someone in the kitchen forgot to heat them before putting them out under the hot lamps. Only a minor thing, I just couldn't eat them and I hate food wastage.

Sorry to tell.. the sat.morning breakfast was chaos ..management had only one chef on duty to about 80 people. 2 server only.. incl look after the buffet too. Well we believe this time the kitchen was two steps down in quality..menu Not interesting . No enthusiasm from the menu.

It was a wonderful hotel, great location, easy from the main road and to get back. Easy to get around the central area we needed to be. Bonus was a Festival was going on right on the riverway and right next to the hotel! The restaurant was excellent. We went to breakfast a bit late, but the manager saw we were wandering around and told us to sit and sent someone to take care of us. We only wanted a simple breakfast and they brought us what we asked for and kept saying we could have whatever we wanted. How often do you get that from a hotel restaurant? All in all this is a suburb hotel. Staff is fantastic, rooms are nice,

Very close to city centre. Good outlook to rear. Quiet, good-sized room. Comfortable beds ( though mine a bit creaky for my partner if I got up in night.) Very pleasant breakfast room and excellent breakfast selection. Prices lower than expected in bar. Very pleasant service at bar for tea or coffee for bedroom. Large and comfortable lounge area on ground floor (we didn't use.) Good lifts, good wifi.

We wouldn't have looked for anything else in the hotel - all fine.

Central location. Underground parking. Cool, modern lobby and bedrooms. Friendly and helpful staff on reception.

The main let down was the breakfast. We arrived in the restaurant at 9.30, apparently the same time as the rest of the guests. The staff were very slow at bringing out top ups of scrambled eggs, then fried eggs then bacon. Hence the rest of the breakfast on our plates was cold. Also, the previous night when we arrived back from our concert at the bull ring at 11.30, we went to the bar along with all the other guests who had been to the concert and there were only 2 staff preparing drinks and snacks..The service was very slow. I feel that they should have anticipated the rush at that time after the concert. However, overall our stay was great.

Lovely hotel, lovely comfortable room. Excellent location for Mercado de Correos and The Bull Ring. Parking very close at Reina Sofia Hospital underground so car was kept cool and half price when staying at this hotel so on 13.75€ fir a 24 hr stay Breakfast served until 11.00am Rooms lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean

As we waited until the end of the breakfast service following a late night, (our fault) there were some breakfast items that had finished such as scrambled eggs..... there was other items though plenty of sweet things and fresh frutas and the coffee was nice from the machine unlikely some hotels.

A comfortable, well presented hotel. The staff were very helpful and polite. On the edge of the historic town it is in a good location for exploring but not in the centre of the noise especially during fiesta times. About a 15min brisk walk from the railway station and bus station.

At times the reception was very busy, especially if a group was checking in. There did not seem to be very many staff to deal with a large number of guests.

Great central location. Comfortable, clean room with well appointed bathroom. Easy to use use underground parking with plenty of room to manoeuvre

This was the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel and the first time in a front facing room. Unfortunately it overlooks a dog walking area which was in constant use from 06:00 often with upwards of ten barking dogs which definitely isn’t conducive to a relaxing lie in. We’ll definitely request another rear facing room next time!

The location of the hotel was ideally situated for a short walk into town, and the local amenities like bars etc. The Hotel staff were excellent, extremely polite, and very helpful. The hotel itself was very comfortable, with large spacious rooms that were very well equiped. The breakfast / bar room was very comfortable, and the breakfast served there every morning was excellent. Lovely hotel, very good value, and we certainly enjoyed our 1 week stay there.

There was nothing in particular that we did not like, everything about the hotel was perfect, apart possibly from the two following observations : - We did find our room ( # 420 ) rather warm, and when mentioned upon leaving, that the air conditioning unit in the room may require attention, we were told that the air conditioning cooling was not working, because the heating was on. ! ( the weather was too warm for the heating to be on. ! ) The bathroom of the room often had a funny smell, that we believed may possibly have been caused by the drains. ?

Great location, not far from all sightseeing , cafes, restaurants etc. ideal to walk around the city. Rooms were clean spacious. Plenty of towels, soaps etc . Room was was warm, well lit.The was huge , very comfortable

There was no coffee or tea making facilities ☹.. sometimes nice to wake and have a coffee, instead of having to get dressed and then return to room to get ready for day our ahead .. takes up an extra hour or so, not good on a trip
