The staff was awesome and very helpful. She helped us get a taxi and they were also very helpful prior to our arrival. There is a restaurant attached which was convenient. While not on the Camino it was very easy to get taxis.

The room was a little small and you have to leave the room to get to your private bath. We were aware of this but the reality is sometimes different than what you expect. They did provide really awesome robes which made it much easier to go to and from the bath.

The room was clean and comfortable, the host was very atentive and pleasant, without being overbearing. The shower was pleaant, but (if I remember correctly) the shower head had some problem - leaking between the tube and the sprinkler/shower head (alcachofa, in Spanish(?)) and the hose. I've nevertheless had a pleasant stay and could rest well, after a quick 162 Km walk to Santiago during the previous 4 days - sorry, thought I should mention that, as that perhaps enhanced my restful experience. Judge for yourself.

Bed, updated bathroom (hm.. showerhead...) and pleasant host. (Apparently, he had even fewer days than me, so he reached Santiago from Pedrafita do Ceberiero in 3 days!)

Superb comfort, function and cleanliness in a small village during my trek. Snow began falling and dashed my hopes of walking up to O’Cebreiro today with full pack - however Estephania was incredibly helpful in securing transport for me. I look forward to returning later in the year to make up for the steps I’m missing today … and will most certainly stay here at Casa Pazos again.

Clean, modern, comfortable rooms for a pleasant overnight stay. Staff helpfull duting the stay

Hotel management cannot be blamed but noisy guests can ruin a night's rest. Suggest that the contact details of the staff be given for them to intervene in such cases. Also on-line check- in not always easy for guests with limited knowledge of social media

The room was clean and the restaurant (not affiliated) in the same building has good food

The ceiling fan in our room had a terrible wobble and noise. They quickly brought us another fan and we were fine for the night

Basic room with a very modern bathroom and shower. I came quite late for the check-in but the very friendly girl was welcoming. On a Sunday there is not much to do in this very small village< so I had a good rest in the room. The bed is comfortable however a lot of noise comes in from the hall as the door does not isolate not even a bit the sound. Everything else was quite good.

Estefania is an amazing host. I was trying to sleep around 9 p.m., but I couldn’t for almost an hour because a group of people were talking and laughing loudly. I had to complain to her, and she fixed it immediately.

The people who received us were friendly and helpful. We had 2 bikes that needed secure storage and they helped us lock them in the garage and were available to help us get them out the next morning. There was also an attached restaurant that was basic but convenient to get to.

Comfortable. Great to have an information folder in the room in Spanish and English with pertinent info on local transport etc. The proprietor kindly helped me to organise a taxi to catch up with my friends on the Camino which made things easier.

excellent bathroom with walk-in shower. I arrived cold and very damp after hiking in rain/mist/low cloud for most of the day. Happily the radiator in both the bedroom and bathroom were on and working so the room was warm.

Reception is on the second floor together with the accommodation. When you ring the intercom to announce your arrival, the Receptionist has to come down to physically open the street door.
