We visited this hotel in Mallorca for a fall getaway in October with the strickt budget — my friend, her mom, and a child. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s spacious grounds, beautiful greenery, and the variety of pools available, including a heated pool. This is a rare find for hotels in Mallorca, and we really appreciated it. The hotel had excellent infrastructure. In the evenings, there was a kids’ shows where children could engage and play, and even sing — the animation was fun and engaging. The food was another highlight. There was a wide selection of dishes, all freshly prepared. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Anytime we had a question, we always got a prompt and kind response. Everyone worked hard to make sure guests felt welcome. The friendly atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the option for Half-Board Plus. For just some euros per person per day, drinks were included, which was a fantastic deal. We were looking for a budget-friendly hotel for three people, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The value for money was outstanding. We left very satisfied and would highly recommend it!

Of course, when staying at this hotel you need to understand that you are not booking a 5 star hotel and not paying 500-700 euros per night. This is a budget friendly, good quality hotel — but still a budget option. You won’t be served freshly imported Norwegian salmon, the ripest avocados, or sushi of Nobu quality here. Naturally, that’s not to be expected. The rooms are a bit worn and quite simple. Some parts of the hotel show signs of aging and may not look brand new. However, for the price the hotel charges, I think there's no reason to be surprised. It's better to accept the situation as it is and focus on the positive aspects.

The whole hotel and service was excellent. Excellent customer service. Food was great, many options to choose from and whole varieties everyday new range of menu. Free parking available outside the hotel which is easy to get. Really enjoyed the pool and other services which were provided. Everyday room services even when we didn’t request and always cleans the bed and clean towels. Everyday kids activities and for adults. Beach and shops are very close by walkable distance. Highly recommend this hotel for family with kids, couples and other guests.

This is a well maintained property and looks well despite some of the decor is showing its age. The entertainment was varied and suited all tastes. Food was well presented and varied and tasty. The hotel is about 500 meters uphill but located in pleasant grounds. Staff in dining area efficient and friendly. Well done.

Rooms are rather small and sound proofing should be better. Some of the reception staff in particular the male staff could improve on their customer service skills. Dining room buffet somewhat crowded at times leading to queues having to be formed in availing of food and drinks.

Kids club/mini disco staff super friendly, keeps the kids super busy- kids club 10:30-1 3-5 then mini disco 8pm. Even though there wasn't much English speaking kids when we were there all staff still continued to speak English mainly over any other language. All inclusive was really good, different options each day for lunch & dinner. Out with breakfast lunch and dinner there was snack bar, brunch options, and cake time, amazing cocktails included In all-inclusive. Kids loved the pools and play park. Seen the staff every morning deep cleaning the grounds & pools.

None of these cons has made us not book again, we had a fab time but there was a few things that could make it even better... Rooms- no lift on the superior apartment side, climbing 3 floors of stairs when roasting isn't fun, aircon diddnt work well atall, cooler outside at night than inside, when we used the shower the apartment flooded we had to use multiple towels to block the water in the shower, beds aren't the comfiest and very squikey. Indoor pool isn't heated which is a little chilly when your just splashing about with kids and no sun on you to heat you up indoors. Overall i will be back. Thankyou

I don't have enough good words about our amazing Holiday what we had with our two children on 6 and 9 years old.This Hotel are amazing place for children.The time when Tino club start daily at 10:30 till 13:00 and again at 15:00 till 17:00 you can leave your children to play with many children from different nationality under Supervision from Animation team which are so friendly and kindly with children.Between this times can take a rest 😀. Every night, children finished with Disco club night between 20:00-20:45 when children meet Tino and received a diploma from him, which children loved and felt so proud 👏. Again wanna say big thank you especially for Animation team and rest of team in Valentin Hotel.All staff are looked smart,very professionally and friendly.We will visit again.

Lovely green setting, the all inclusive drinks were amazing, great cocktail menu. Buffet was good and the room was clean and modern. Just a short walk to the shops and beach. Would definitely recommend. Really good value for money.

Didn’t matter to us as a couple but noticed there maybe wouldn’t have been much for older children. The playground/pool splash area was great for little ones

The most child friendly hotel I have ever been! Extra two pools surrounded by trees just for the children and families. Club with great staff and a daily show at 8pm for the children (while the parents relax and enjoy a drink). Great options of food available. Close to the beach and restaurants.

It got very busy in the last couple of days particularly during the evening buffet.

-Food, -Location, -Rooms(kinda old, but good), -Staff is nice and polite,

-Lack of electric plugs, -Pool temperature was cold, -After breakfast/lunch/dinner rushing to tidy up (The restaurant is open until 10:30 for the breakfast, 14:30 for lunch, 21:30 for dinner, but they start tidying up 20 minutes before closing.), -Even if you are all inclusive you have to pay for several things (popcorn and food at pool bar, bottled drinks, iced coffee, towels for pool, safe in the room, only cheap alcohol drinks are free.)

On the positive side, one of the highlights was the availability of multiple swimming pools. This ensured that there was always a spot available to take a dip and relax. Additionally, the all-inclusive food offered at the hotel was excellent and diverse, ensuring a wide range of options for all taste buds. One aspect of the hotel that stood out was the variety of activities available for guests. My favorite was the demonstration of paella cooking, where we got to learn and participate while enjoying a delicious sangria degustation. This interactive experience added an extra touch of fun to our stay.

However, there were a few downsides to the hotel as well. One noticeable drawback was the lack of power sockets in the rooms. With only two available, it was quite inconvenient, especially in this age of multiple electronic devices. It would have been much more convenient to have additional sockets readily accessible. Another issue we encountered was the noise disturbance in the morning. The room provided a view of the main pool, which was nice, but the sounds of breakfast preparation became quite disruptive. It would have been preferable if the hotel could have implemented measures to minimize this disturbance, ensuring a more peaceful stay for guests.

I liked the location. It was a nice quiet 10 minute walk to the beach. I like that they have various swimming pools catered for different age groups. Very clean and the staff were always helpful and very attentive and pleasant. I would definitely come here again and we came with our children who enjoyed it and felt very safe there too.
