Fantastic location, overlooking the sea, gorgeous original features in common area. Right on the small beach too, straight across the Pine Walk I read reviews which raved about the breakfast and thought they were exaggerating- but no, genuinely a lovely buffet breakfast, taken on the terrace. Fab! Rooms were spotless. Dinner and wine was excellent.

I’m struggling to find anything. At a push, the bedroom could probably do with a repaint just to freshen it up? It would also be lovely if it was possible for guests to have an aperitif on the terrace in the early evening before venturing out - it’s all reserved for dining only?

This property is in a fantastic location on pine walk with a perfect sandy beach on your doorstep and the warm waters of port de pollenca bay. But what really made this hotel into a wonderful stay for us was the staff. Every single person was so friendly and helpful. I cannot single out anyone from the receptionist at check in to the waiting staff to accommodation. They were all super and always responded with a smile.

If I had to choose one issue was the fact that we had to store our bikes in their sister hotel that is further down the prom. This will only affect cyclists

We liked the location. The hotel is just on the beach. We had a room with a sea view and it was amazing. Option to choose a softer/harder pillow was very helpful as the initial pillow was not comfortable for me. Very good breakfast with a good selection of fruit and even fresh omelette. The only negative thing for us was, that we were awake every morning at about 7 am by cleaning staff who started to (I think) to mop the stairs and moving furniture very loud. As our room was situated just near the stairs and right above the reception, we good hear people talking downstairs or coughing late at night or early in the morning. Unfortunately, even earplugs did not help. But if you are not a light sleeper, it will probably be OK. Overall, lovely experience. Comfy beds. Nice coffee in the bar and peaceful atmosphere. Very friendly guys in the restaurant. Check out at 12 is very much appreciated. Thanks a lot. We hope to come back.

Location was excellent on beachfront near plenty of bars and restaurants. Staff all friendly. Room spotless and cleaned every day. Beds very comfortable.

Would have preferred a room with balcony and sea view but I would not pay for a sea view on basis they do not guarantee a balcony if you do so we want for a room at the back which was perfectly ok. Needs a new toaster in breakfast area and having to put bread thru 4 times to toast it a bit of a pain. Other than a lovely hotel which I would certainly return to but only if we cannot get a room with a sea view and balcony elsewhere.

Great location in port de Pollenca, right at the beach. Good food at the restaurant with some little discount for hotel guests. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cheapest double rooms with mountain are rather small, interior could see some update in the next years. You cannot really close the glass bathroom door, so u hear everything - ok for loving couples, but not for friends who need some privacy sometimes. The village is occupied mostly by old English people enjoying their last years in retirement and families with small kids. If u like that, port de pollencia is a good place for you.

Our stay here was very pleasant. The room size was to be expected, we would recommend upgrading to the room with a balcony if that is an option for you. The beds were comfortable and the staff were lovely. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the location was excellent, being right on the beach with great places to eat below the accommodation and nearby. Beautiful view and setting at the downstairs restaurant and seating area. Note that the sun loungers on the beach are separate to the accommodation meaning you still pay for them. Overall great stay with no issues.

There are many things to like about this property. The location was perfect, the staff were brilliant, and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was also lovely.

The only negative thing was a leak in our ceiling. We called maintenance and they took a while to come, by then the leak had stopped. The following night the leak started again for an hour or so, but we were half asleep so put a bin under and didn’t call maintenance. It stopped leaking again after 20 mins or so.

Lovely breakfast with a wide variety of buffet and an option for a cooked omelette. The location of the restaurant was gorgeous in a very peaceful spot overlooking the bay and on the beach (for some tables). We also had a lovely very late lunch at the hotel when we first arrived and the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly.

The room we had was very small and simply appointed, which is fine but we were expecting slightly better for the price - especially as our window only came up to mid-thigh height so didn't let much light in. The bed was comfortable though so that was great.

In a perfect location just a few steps from the beach. This hotel is small enough to have a real family feel about it which was very much reflected in the way all the staff worked so hard and went out of their way to do everything they could to make our stay perfect. All the meals we had there were lovely( breakfast, snacks and evening dinner). We even had a surprise bottle of bubbly left in our room as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We’d thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Puorto Pollença.

Location is excellent. Right on the beach, in the nicer quieter part. Clean & comfortable. Would stay again.

Telling guest they had been upgraded to a balcony room, but not being able to use the balcony. Appreciate someone needs to be above the kitchen, but the balcony (room 109) could not be utilised due to the kitchen smells all day. That smell did creep into the room at times, which is undesirable.
