It’s in a perfect location and is immaculately clean and well presented… it is very welcoming and I had the perfect room…. The arrangements with the bike garage was great and easy to access. I felt safe. Hopefully I will get the same room next time

The staff could perhaps smile a little more and be more comfortable ‘off-script’ the customer focus and help was definitely there but felt scripted and tick box… I got told NO a couple of times for things that they actually could have helped me with… These comments are meant positively and to help the team just raise themselves up a little more. It felt a bit like ‘unless it makes us money, we won’t do it’ - I know it’s a business but in the hospitality industry there is also an emotional level needed

Lovely frontline hotel: probably one of the prettiest ones. Staff were all friendly and helpful and cheerfully put up with us trying to practice our not very accomplished Spanish at check-in and breakfast. The beach chairs provided for the room were great and we took ours over to the very close beach area. We had 2 rooms next to each other; one had a small terrace and the other had a very large area. Both were perfect and gave us room to dry our beach towels off etc. A sea view would have been great but as we were only there for 2 nights we hadn’t paid for or asked for one. But the front line rooms did look very nice! The hotel is not modern or fancy, it’s more old school traditional Mallorcan style, but I would say this is reflected in the price. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would stay again.

Great location in front of the beach. The hotel can no longer put sun loungers in front of the hotel but beach chairs are provided in the room for use anywhere on the beach. Staff are really friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Simple cold breakfast buffet and you can order hot from the menu. It was plenty for us. The room is more traditionally furnished with dark wood furniture. The room had all we needed. Overall great stay and I would stay here again.

The beds were very hard but that might have just been our room.

Lovely location on pine walk. Rooms spacious and kept clean. Sea view worth the extra although we did go when cafe below was closed so maybe in high season noise from that may make sitting on balcony less enjoyable. Fridge in room did make quite a bit of noise and could do with an upgrade. Selection at breakfast was its let down. Need more prepared fresh fruit and choice of juices not just OJ. Selection of pastries not refreshed often enough. The fact hot food is cooked to order is good but the choice never changed. Don’t ask to see “the menu” as this is interpreted as you want a full English!

Lovely beachfront pedestrian terrace for breakfasting with a sea view, boats, and people watching. Comfortable, traditional interior and a family run vibe. Comfortable good sized room with large outside space with brolly and sunbeds. Excellent buffet breakfast with hit food efficiently served as full English breakfast. Friendly reception staff and daily cleaning.

Private beachfront area not in full service as it presumably traditionally has been. Had to use beach further along, but I was told about this before booking. No interior bar area .

Great old fashioned hotel right on the beach which was staffed by great people who made a real effort to ensure that everyone was looked after properly and with a smile on their faces. Breakfast was really good and served overlooking the beach. Rooms were cleaned every day. The hotel is in an ideal location on Pine Walk surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The original private sunbathing area has gone but they provided chairs for us to use.

Room was rather basic and air conditioning was not that efficient.

Dangerous 😡 3 steps from breakfast layout to tables how can you hold full trays down 3 steps AND mostly elderly Guests staying there we are 80 years old and struggled Reception staff professional but not welcoming . Lacking areas to lounge, sitting on concrete outside needs updating

We loved the old school charm of this beautiful hotel. It's like something from a slightly different time and was all the more endearing for its character from a yesteryear. I would say without doubt that it occupies the best position in the whole of Pollensa. It is about 25 yards from the sea, separated only by a lovely promenade. The atmosphere is so pleasant and it was a pleasure to enjoy the gentle rhythm of life from our balcony. We would highly recommend.

Breakfast was decent (there was a cooked option to order) but it wasn't exceptional.

Hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff cheerful and very friendly. Breakfast was more than ample with a wide variety of food on offer. The hotel fronts onto a pedestrianised street with the beach beyond. A municipal beach is close by which is kept very tidy and clean although sunbed hire is not cheap. We also liked that the hotel is located amongst the quieter restaurants although we travelled in September out of school holiday time.

The decor is dated although there was little sign of wear. Our room faced onto an internal courtyard and had a small balcony overlooking the kitchens from the next door restaurant. Avoid room 226. Most rooms had either a sea or street view and the other rooms overlooking the courtyard had much bigger patio areas which were more discreet. The hotel owns a large tarmacked area on the beach but we were forewarned that the hotel does not have a license to provide sunbeds/umbrellas on this facility. However, the hotel does provide sun loungers which may be used here or on the beach. Some money spent on paving this area and obtaining the necessary licenses would make a big difference to the overall experience.

Firstly, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Our room had a small balcony and was perfectly adequate for what we needed. A nice touch was having 2 beach chairs on the balcony ready and waiting for us to use on the beach. They stayed with us for the duration of our trip! The breakfast had a good choice of options and was of good quality - No issues whatsoever. Having stayed in Port De Pollenca on many occasions and stayed in many different hotels there is no doubt the Hotel itself is in a great location and we honestly would have no issue in re-booking when we return. I have one small disappointment which isn't directly related to the hotel itself. There is a a separately run business but is attached to the Sis Pins called the Cappuccino 'bar / restaurant'. We felt the prices charged were high in comparison with the Miramar, the Dania and other establishments. Whilst this isn't the fault of the Sis Pins, part of your holiday is maybe having a late night brandy / liqueur post meal or even a drink before heading out to a restaurant. We felt the Cappuccino bar didn't quite offer value for money and we spoke to a number of others who felt the same. However, I can assure anyone reading this that we would not be put off returning to the Sis Pins - so it is more of a little gripe rather than a complaint.
