Very friendly staff, excellent location. Room was amazing as we had the sea view. Great food with plenty of options.

Beds were quite uncomfortable being 2 single beds and not double bed for a couple. And You can also hear the noises from the other rooms.

Beautiful—I can’t imagine a better location! Close to beaches (Sant Joan) and the medieval walls & Pollentia Roman Ruins.

This hotel has an absolutely amazing view and if you pay for a room with a view to the sea, it's well worth the money. Room 326 is great! Unmatchable view!

It would have been great to have a fridge in the room. Not having one means you are dependent on the hotel to purchase water. There is no shop around. If you rent a car, the Alcudia old town is less than 10 min away, which is great but if you don't, you end up walking between 20-30 min to town or paying for taxis. The Alcudia beach is much nicer than the one from the hotel, so you shouldn't miss that, even if that means paying for a taxi to get there.

It is easy to walk to the old town of Alcudia, other than that there is nothing within easy reach. This suited us fine as we had a car hire, but it could present a problem for people looking for more options.

Area was quiet and on seafront with essentially private beach, hotel was very clean. Buffet food was good variety. Short walk to old town.

Poor sound insulation meant room could be quite noisy at night. Some confusion over breakfast protocols - reception staff didn't issue/mention required wristbands and then waitresses complained at us. Steam room not working, sauna has no high bench so is essentially a 30 degree room with a very well heated ceiling you can't reach!

The bar staff were amazing, they were friendly amd couldnt do enough to help us and make our holiday fun. It made the hotel have a great atmosphere. The location is amazing, a safe beach and pool area all with in a few steps.

It would be nice if the doors were refurbished. It would be good if the shower ventilation was improved. The insolation of the rooms is not that great, you can hear noises from other rooms very easily.

I have stayed here for a week as a solo traveler. The location and calmness of the hotel is extraordinary. Just a step ahead, and you are in the sea already, amazing sunrises included. However, I would like to highlight the kindness of the hotel staff. Each of them is amazing. Breakfast and dinner were beyond a 3-star hotel, definitely.
