The breakfast was good. The hotel was close to the bus station for the bus that takes you to Barcelona city.

It was a bit expensive for the value but at the time there were some conferences happening in nearby so it was full and this made it a bit more expensive than normal.

Nice interior design of the hotel and the rooms. Not a very big size, but very comfortable room. Rich breakfast with delicious food. A small, coquettish hotel in a pleasant neighborhood, providing both modesty and a sense of luxury that exceeds expectations.

It was a cold day of 2-3 degrees Celsius. When I sit in the lobby sofa, I felt some cold air coming trough the windows.

Excellent experience! We loved this hotel - in a quiet area, we accepted their offer to upgrade to a jr. suite and it was lovely spacious and with a nice view. Great linens, bath, and breakfast. Parking across the street for free, and easily walkable to restaurants in town for dinner.

The staff was incredible and very accommodating. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Restaurant was good. The bathroom and shower were exceptional vs other ones we encountered in Spain.

We had two single beds that were pushed together and would have preferred a double bed. It was not easy to get to Madrid city center.

Spacious rooms with good facilities. E.g. Excellent shower and bathroom, good safe, lots of tv channels, tea and coffee etc. Comfortable bed. Very nice staff on reception.

The breakfast was adequate rather than special e.g. No churros con chocolate even this close to madrid! The rooms were very plain with very bland decor - all beige, not a single bit of colour anywhere. My room could also have done with a fresh coat of paint.

Flexibility at check-in and checkout Pleasant and helpful receptionist. Good breakfast buffet. Not crowded at the time l stayed. Comfortable room.

No parking available for guests. Nearest parking was with additional cost. My bathroom shower was small for a double bedroom.

Very friendly and helpful front office staff. Especially Iratxe, who helped me meet a deadline for an application by helping me with making copies and scanning documents. The restaurant food is excellent. The rooms And bathrooms were very clean and comfortable.

Everything was great! The hotel is located in a safe, beautiful neighborhood. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite. Highly recommended! We also had a very delicious dinner - I highly recommend trying the veal mellow. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Nicely located in a safe and leafy suburb 25mins outside of Madrid. The rooms are well-appointed with ample cupboard space and a powerful shower. The breakfast selection is impressive and each and every member of staff is courteous and friendly.

The air conditioning unit takes a long time to cool the room.

Nice clean modern hotel. The room allocated was really spacious with a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was basic but there was plenty to choose from. Really nice coffee.

Although not necessarily a criticism of the hotel, I struggled to find somewhere to eat on a Monday evening. The hotel restaurant was closed during the evening and there was very little in the surrounding area.
