I can not recommend Servatur Hartaguna enough. Gorgeous rooms.Extremely comfortable beds/pillows. Staff are incredibly attentive and friendly.I wasn't aware before I visited that this is a completely non-smoking complex. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Puerto Rico after my stay here,it really did exceed my expectations.

Absolutely nothing to dislike

The studio apartment was spotlessly clean. The apartment had been designed to give maximum space and storage. The bed pillows were absolutely amazing! Lol Very friendly helpful staff and our balcony had a sea view. Very quiet, relaxing complex. It is situated halfway up the valley in Puerto Rico, so about a 20-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the shopping centre. Obviously, on the way back, it's all uphill, but if you like walking and want to get your steps in after a day sunbathing, it's a perfect way to burn some calories! We will definitely be returning here...could not fault the place 😎

The apartment was modern and clean. Kitchen utensils was also there. Very convenient way to the pool, just a few steps outside of our apartment. Pool water were fine to swim in and we have also nice views from there. Bar was also a good way to sip some drinks or beer.

As we arrived no parking space was available as it was full. We parked our car up to the hill. The next morning some parking spots were available as some guests left, but this could be at least mentioned, that it is not guaranteed that you will get parking spot at the property. The street could get a little noisy during the day and evening as a lot of cars is passing by. Breakfast from my point of view is not worth the money. (8 eur)

Liked everything about these apartments pure luxury, in my opinion. We stayed in the studio with Sea View. We were on the highest floor, and the views were amazing. The beds and pillows were just out of this world. We had everything we needed. Also bottle of water was left in fridge as we had late flight when arriving. The pool area was like a beach club the bali beds were amazing.

Only downside is no bar/restaurant on site after 5pm and nothing really around the area so it's a 15/20 mins walk down to commercial center.

It was lovely and clean and well looked after

It was a shame that the pool bar was only open till 5 pm, but was usually shut by 4.50, as the pool area was open till 7pm. It was also have been nice to k ow that you could go through the sister hotel across the road to get down the hill to the main area as it made the uphill climb a lot easier (found this out by reading other hotel reviews)

I really liked the apartment but will never book again with Servatur as they dropped us in the other older hotel / apartment for 3 nights. We didn't want that but didn't have any alternative. A so called upgrade with an apartment with jacuzzi was not what we wanted. So unfortunately we could only stay 4 nights in the booked modern apartment.

Adult only, not over crowded, comfortable bed and sun loungers.

Not enough loungers by the pool itself but very large solarium. Lift access - 1 goes to floor 4 if you are on a higher floor you then need to get out of the lift and walk to the second lift. I have mobility issues which made this difficult for me. On site parking is great but it can be difficult negotiating on to the road which can be busy.

Really modern with good facilities, had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Check in and out was quick and easy, getting to our room they had put a big bottle of still water in the fridge which was nice as we arrived late. Provided with pool towels as well as normal towels which saved us from buying some as we only had a small luggage bag, maid service regular which we appreciated. The pool was lovely, not big but perfect for what we needed. Pool restaurant was average but we only ate there once. Balcony was a decent size with big comfy chairs. Beds were some of the comfiest hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. Shower was decent. We had a hire car and with parking on site we paid a €20 deposit for the barrier key to our space which was refunded after we left. Reception staff were friendly and helpful with any questions. Location is good being close to the main strip and big shopping centre, it is down a steep hill with lots of stairs so we walked down and got a taxi back for €5 which was well worth the money. Being close to the strip the noise with the balcony door open was quite loud but with the door closed it was really sound proofed, along with the curtains which blacked out the room completely it made for a good nights sleep. It was the perfect hotel for us and we’re already looking at going back next year, loved everything about it.

If I had one thing to moan about which is insignificant in the grand scheme of things it would be that there was no tea bags/coffee, I know it’s self catering but this would have been a nice touch.

Excellent location , Everywhere Clean , comfy beds , Fast internet , Food & Drink prices reasonable at the bar . Food quality good , staff friendly & smiling always .

Only thing i could criticise is that the air conditioning wasn’t very cold . I’m not sure if it was because we stayed in October & the hotel reduces the power because it’s classed as a winter month .
