So here it is, you go to a "pension", which means cheap hotel for "passing by". You pay 50€ and get everything. The bed is not the nicest one, but you paid 50€. The TV was tiny, but it is an extra TV for the 50€ you paid. You get clean towels everyday and get the room clean too, for 50€. The check in the remote through SMS and you get a key, for 50€. And in addition to that, you are in the middle of the beauty of Ribadesella :D

For real, stop reading other comments being picky. If you are paying a "pensión" price, what do you expect? For the owners: keep it up, it is amazing to see places like this still running :)

Loved it! Very kind receptionist and her assistant (2 years old in 2023) is a charmer! Only a short walk from the quayside there is a Dia supermarket close at hand, a great bakery together with a selection of restaurants along the waterfront. The pension is in a little side street and was quiet - there is a children's play park at one end of the street and is was by no means intrusive. My room had a little juliet balcony which was nice.

Nothing at all - I enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again.

The room wasn't very well maintained (lamp broken, head of the shower not attached so you have to hold it yourself when showering)

Very good location in the center and close to the beach. I didn't expect to have a kitchen and a patio. That was a nice surprise. The receptionist was super nice.

The bathroom had other people's hair. The kitchen could have some dishes and cooking utensils. In general, needs renovation. A bit overpriced.

Nice, well priced simple hotel. In a quiet back street. The manager even carried my bag. It is exactly the kind of well priced simple hotel one wants along the camino del Norte. Oh and the shower was very warm!

The lady at the reception was extremely helpful, and gave me some good recommendations. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Ribadesella on a budget. Location is a no-brainer if you want to go around the town. There is also a cafe right around the corner for breakfast and other meals.

Perhaps a little more expensive then what it offered. I did make an error in my booking and they did everything to accommodate us so perhaps that had something to do with it.

The room was excellent and cozy, very clean, comfortable and quiet though I was the only one in the hotel. Small but nice balcony. The owner was very friendly and polite. The location is only 15 minutes walk from the train station and 30 seconds from the centre. With plenty of restaurants, bars, cafe and a supermarket all within one minute of venturing out.

Only small a thing the shower has got hot running water no problem and good pressure though is difficult to keep the water in the shower due to the door curtain/door being way too small.

It's very good value and a nice little place by the sea. Clean and tidy friendly staff and a loverly balcony double door.

The only thing was the curtain pole catching so opening the curtains was tricky
