Hotel is really clean. Staff were super helpful. Room towels soft and changed daily. The food choices were extreme including different theme nights every day of the week.Breakfast was too much choice fresh fruit, yoghurt cereals, full english, including pancakes, toasties omelette all cooked fresh in front of you. Fabulous location. Bus stops outside and journeys cost just 60cents wherever you go. Absolutely fantastic

If there could be one improvement, I would have liked a kettle and tea and coffee facilities in the room

Bedroom was nice plenty big

Went halfboard breakfast was good and evening meals was cold no matter what time you went down didn't cater much for English or Irish people more Spanish. Had dinner and breakfast twice and had to eat out so cost more money . Pool area covered with big trees no need for all these trees in pool area and that ment lots of birds shitting every where .

Food and location was perfect. Could possibly do with more staff pool side bar to reduce the wait for food

Sunbeds be put out by staff in an effort to reduce panic to get them and not be allowed hold sunbeds for more than 30mins. Sunbeds were been held for half the day with nobody on them.

The rooms were great. Clean and had what you needed. Air conditioning was good too. Had a mini fridge and good closet space. They had activities during the day (aqua aerobics, water polo, volley ball) and entertainment in the evening. These were very good and really added to the experience. They had a poolside bar serving drinks, snacks and food. Great service. We went all inclusive and it is definitely worth the extra bit for the drinks and snacks at the bar. Breakfast was lovely too.

The lunch and dinner isn’t the best but you will find something to eat. Some days were lovely but other days we opted to just get food in pool bar or eat out. The lifts are very annoying.. we were on the third floor so it was fine but would hate to be top floor. Have to be up before 8am to have any hope of getting a sun lounger.

Great location, very clean and the staff were so lovely. Especially the waiting staff in the dining room, they were so pleasant. The pool area was lovely. Plenty of sunbeds and shade. My little girl loved the children's pool. And the lifeguard was very attentive. The staff are amazing, definitely deserve to be praised by management, super friendly and always smiling. We didn't watch the entertainment but from what we heard from our room the band that was playing Thursday was really good, such a variety of music for all ages.

Unfortunately the lifts weren't great. We have a pushchair for our toddler and on the 4th floor so we needed to use them. By the end of our stay we would just carry her up and down 5 floors to the dinning room as the lifts took forever. And check out is far too early. 10am. It was a very crazy morning to get breakfast and to be out of the room withing a couple of hours. The cot provided needs a deep clean!

Everything on hand.loved having 2 double beds in the room.lovely clean hotel and good variety of food.my 2nd stay.

I requested a lower floor which was granted as the lifts get so busy a lot of people have to use the stairs at meal times but I would definately stay again .

It was very central to everything, staff were more than accommodating to us as we haves 5 year old we were out on the 6th floor one conversation with the receptionist and she had us swapped and changed, the pool can be hectic but great fun all the same, will defo be back.

I liked everything about the hotel just the lifts were a bit of a nightmare some of my family were up on the 5th floor and would give up waiting it would be too long

Was on room base only so can't comment on the food. Hotel was lovely room cleaned with fresh towels every day. Staff was lovely and friendly. Pool area was clean plenty of sunbeds and a choice of pools.

The very loud people in the room next to us. Not hotels fault at all but boy were they noisy.

Location was very good. Staff exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel is more geared for young families.

Lifts are extremely busy during mealtimes. Would like air conditioning all year around.

Food was great, drink selection was great, lots of space outside to sit in both sun and shade. All inclusive snacks were very good too - it's impossible to go hungry at this hotel. Jorge was very attentive waiter and made sure we were always topped up with drinks. The hotel is very close to beaches and shops.

Needs more toilets and lifts.
