We are very satisfied with the excellent services offered by Ona Jardines Paraisol and with our room. The staff was helpful and kind and the bed was comfortable. The sight from the balcony in the 7th floor was breathtaking. My girlfriend was also especially pleased by the fact that they included free organic shower gels and shampoo.

One stove top didn't work so well, the rest was perfect.

Nice place with a great pool in a really good location. The apartment was a good size, well equipped and had good Aircon. Staff were polite, friendly and always helpful. It's far enough away from the party area to be good for a quiet break, but close enough to the beach and 'lively' spots to easily walk. We walked back from Port Adventura in about 30mins. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets on the doorstep.

We had requested an early check-in many months before arrival because we were due to arrive at 9am. We were told 12pm was possible at a cost of €50. We confirmed nearer the time, but on arrival discovered that the room would not be ready until 4pm. It was peak season so understandable. The view was a bit of a shame. Our terrace looked out at the back of large discoloured concrete building. If a good view is important to you then it might be worth requesting this when booking. A minor niggle, but all the drinking glasses in the apartment are very small. We bought some plastic beakers so we could avoid refilling the glasses after a couple of mouthfuls.

Everything was clean, staff were very lovely and commiserated very well in English, they helped us with directions, gave us personal recommendations for good value restaurants with vegetarian options, even marked our map to help find PortAventura World and Ferrari Land. The beds were comfy, kitchen clean, lovely balcony and amazing swimming pool for the kids. Lots of local supermarkets and restaurants, we had a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this establishment.

The door locks were very sticky, it took 15 minutes to get in after arriving back late one night.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and there was everything you might need in the fully stocked kitchen. I thought a lovely touch was the small care package for your arrival which included coffee, tea, sugar, milk etc., as well as a kitchen pack which included washing up liquid, a cloth, a sponge, and laundry powder - fab to get you started. Also, despite some older reviews, I can confirm that there was toilet paper also included 😊 as well as a dispenser in the shower with gel/shampoo. The little touches definitely made the difference. The apartment was really central and just a 10 minute walk to the beach. But the highlight for our family was the pool. Very well maintained and the slide was definitely a hit with the kids. All in all, a fab apartment in a great location.

The whole trip was amazing,the only downside was the air-conditioning which was only in the lounge & one bedroom - the second bedroom didn't have any unfortunately.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for our 11 night stay. There was no oven but this was no issue for us. The air conditioning was great. The apartment was spotless! The pool area was very quiet which was great for us as we had our 6 month old baby with us. The next street over had lots of lovely restaurants and supermarkets so everything was in walking distance. I was pleasantly surprised with these apartments. We will definitely stay again.

People ringing the buzzer of our apartment which woke the baby numerous times. This is obviously not the host's fault but it was very annoying.

Excellent location, well managed, secured, quiet, good size apartment with huge balcony, welcome pack, plenty of towels, linen changed one a week including cleaning in the apartment. Swimming pool with safeguarding worked perfectly, even during rain; children were over moon.

Broken glass was found on the floor on the day of arrival. Some furniture required repair. Sofa needed in deep clean (cover and pillows dusty).

Clean apartments friendly staff. Quiet relaxed atmosphere. No loud pubs/clubs nearby. Located in the more residential side of Salou which suited us perfectly. Pool was clean and well kept. The water slide was a big hit with the kids. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for shade at the pool. No having to compete for sun loungers, or put towels on to reserve although it may be busier July/August. Lovely local restaurants nearby serving Lovely Spanish tapas style food. Supermarkets within 3 to 5 minutes walk. Beach about 10/15 min walk. 3km walk to the the other end of the main promanade. Taxis are cheap and available if you dont want to walk that far. Port adventura is s short taxi ride away, about 5/10 mins. As is Reus airport which is very convenient. Enjoyed our stay very much. Very good value for money. Suited our needs for a quiet relaxed family holiday.

Helpful via email prior to arrival, stayed open late evening arrival on NYE to allow us to check in, all interactions with staff pleasant. For cost apartment sizeable, clean and everything there. Nice touch leaving bottle water out as we had no time to get to shops before morning.

Room was ridiculously cold on late arrival, although air con worked it took most of the rest of the evening to warm, they did have multiple blankets so we wrapped up in those. If expecting guests it should have been turned up before arrival

We came for four nights the low season (April) and it was great. Location is very quiet at this time of year, which is exactly what we needed. We were late for our check in, but they have a very good system of key collection. All information is very clear. We also locked our door with keys in and stuff was so nice and helpful (excellent English btw), sorted everything right away. The rooms were very clean and well prepared. We found everything we needed and more. After two days it was cleaned for us and we got new towels. Highly recommend! Ps. It's just a 30 minute walk to get to Port Aventura Park.

The apt had everything we needed for a self catering break, we were able to prepare basis food and drinks - an oven would have been great. The apt and everything in it was spotless. All reception staff were excellent

Hot water took long time to come through, the view from our balcony across to one of a residential one was not so deal but we didn’t want to sit out due to weather but had the weather been better it may have been an issue
