The rooms are comfortable and clean. Super helpful Staf. Great environment for families and couples. Close to restaurants, beach and supermarkets.

If you had the option Breakfast included, it would be perfect.

This was the cheapest hotel in Mallorca. It is very simple, but good. Nice apartments and a kitchen with everything you need. The air conditioner is located in the living room, so it will not be very cold in the bedroom. If you are traveling with children, it is better to take a room on the ground floor. So you can sit on the terrace, and the children can run to the pool. But be prepared for mosquitoes and ants. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, but it is not the best. It is better to take a car and drive around the island. Parking is free everywhere.

I didn't like the bed. You can feel the springs and there is a gap between the beds. This can be easily solved with a thin, large mattress on top. My back didn't hurt, but it could be better.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The apartment is very kids friendly. They arranged a baby cot for us which was waiting in the room. They are very environmentally friendly and are keeping the equipment that were left from the guests. There is a designated place with things you can borrow, such as a beach umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, etc. The water playground is a great place for kids as well.

We didn't like the mattress, which was very soft for us, but that's a thing of preference.

- Super close to the beautiful beach of Sa Coma. - Nice living room. - Good fridge . - 2 comfortable pillows for each person. - Good hot shower. - Plenty of street parking nearby and good access to public transport. - Many options of shops and restaurants nearby.

- Only 2 toilet rolls for 7 nights is not enough, that's a basic supply and unfortunately we needed to buy extra in supermarket, as it wasn't provided by the cleaners when they came in. - No kitchen cloth, which is also a basic supply. Had to use a bathroom towel. - The location is probably super safe but the locker of the main door is very basic and easy to break in. Also the back door for the balcony couldn't really close, so hopping nobody knows that issue because anyone can get in without keys.

We found the place fantastic for kids who love water. We had a ground floor appartment and kids were free to come and go to the pool that was right in front of us. Lots of stuff available to play with. Previous famikies would leave stuff behind that you could use. Our boys had a fantastic time. The place is clearly perfect for families with kids. There was a kettle and toaster which we love having !! Close to the beach and restaurants. Very helpful and nice staff. We had a fantastic time and would return !

When you first come in the appartment you may be surprised as it is not in perfect condition. It is clean but installations are old and can be in rather bad conditions. However everything is in good working condition. The door going out was tough to open tough.

clean, basic and central to all the bars and restaurants. Ideal for a budget holiday and about 300m from the beach. Stayed here 3 times now and only had 1 issue which was on the recent visit, the air conditioning wasn't working. We reported it in the afternoon and then the next day a complete new unit was fitted the day after. Thank you.

Staff were fantastic helped us to plan our trips, printed off the bus times and pointed out the right bus stops. Location was great very central. Apartment it's self had everything you needed basic but clean. Overall we had a great stay.

I liked the apartment because they moved me to another complex since the hotel was closed and it was the same standard. So, I enjoyed it. It was also quiet as I requested.

For the first day, I didn't have warm water; however, I can understand that the hotel opened on the day I arrived and it was closed all winter.
