Good standard

Failed to deliver on the pre booked and pre paid room type. Had a call the morning of checking in telling me there was an issue with the rooms and that they may need to move one of the booked rooms to a different hotel. Then they sorted both rooms but down graded one of the rooms form a suite to a standard which i felt was unacceptable without a good valid reason.

Hotel location was great, with easy access to the town centre on foot, and also nearby beaches. Hotel has lovely grounds, and gardens surrounding it. Our room (premium) was very nice, spacious, modern, very clean and comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent also. Staff were very friendly and helpful we found.

The only thing that we had an issue with was the number of children at the hotel when we stayed, and the fact that this made the outdoor swimming pool practically unusable for adults a lot of time during the day.

The pool area was excellent . The flowers and grounds are beautiful. Your room is cleaned every day and you are given fresh towels. There are so many sunbeds all over the grounds, not just by the pool so you can relax away from the hubbub very easily. We had a junior suite and our terrace was huge. I loved reading there on the evening. The hotel was close to the centre but felt like a quiet retreat. It we be felt cooler when you walked through the gates. Twice a week they had singers come to perform around the pool. They were excellent and created a relaxed and cool vibe.

My children didn’t eat much at breakfast (but they are extremely fussy!) so that worked out to be quite expensive for us. The snack bar at the pool was quite expensive.

Very elegant and exclusive hotel. Entire layout was Beautiful, calming, quiet and very relaxing. Rooms were large and beds extremely comfortable. Staff were very attentive always asking if they could help. Discreet, Poolside towel and drinks service delivered in such a way to ensure you never had to lift a finger if you didn’t want to.

Just a minor 2 glitches. The air con was great during the day but sadly intermittent throughout the night and engineers could not find the fault whilst we were there. The toilet door in the bathroom was stripped glass and did not close all the way so was not very discreet If someone else wanted to shower at same time. There was a shower cubicle, shower over a bath, sink and a toilet with bidet in the bathroom. So nice idea to have the toilet partitioned off with a sliding door in a suite for 3 people, but could have used a better door

Checkin and easy and the welcome drink was lovely. Clean and small hotel so felt very private. Pretty pool area and grounds. Lovely bar staff and lunch area.

Breakfast was basic and some of the fruit and pastries weren't fresh so didn't eat much. Omelette was just plain egg, no peppers, mushroom or cheese etc was offered. The staff of this station didn't smile, they weren't interested. I ate my omelette with raw onion and peppers on the side. Our room was lovely but there were no rugs... being on the ground floor meant we could hear every footstep above us which was a shame as it was often late at night.

Lovely and intimate place - peaceful nature oasis. Comforting and calming. The refined design of the hotel brought its best finish to an impression. Sweet personnel always ready to help. Room nice and spacy which was important for us.

The only little thing I would correct is making breakfast more assorted with types of meet. I don’t eat red meet, and didn’t find any chicken or turkey, fish was only once during our 3 day stay. Still didn’t ruin my impression, in general breakfast is good.

Good selection at breakfast plus Egg station More continental than UK Style but I think a fried breakfast was available Everything, beach restaurants etc was within 15 minutes walk. Very clean everywhere! Taxis were easy to get & cheap. Will definitely return to resort and this hotel Air con was good & quiet

Tea! Was weak even with 3 tea bags. They need "English Breakfast" Tea from Twinings! After over 50 years in computers with an overlapping 18 in construction, I had no idea how to work the room lights. Complete mystery! just pressed buttons and hoped.

Everything, lovely hotel, fabulous staff made us feel very welcome, super buffet breakfast and good selection for our evening meal. Really huge comfy bed and beautiful room with massive shady balcony. Peaceful surroundings and beautiful gardens. The pool was well maintained and clean and always plenty of sun loungers. We very much enjoyed the pianist playing during breakfast Friday.

Nothing, impossible to fault.

Everything, it’s beautiful. The rooms, the staff, the facilities, the location. It’s a short walk to 2 beautiful coves, 5 minutes walk to dozens of shops and restaurants, the marina is about a 10 minute walk and is full of bars and restaurants. It’s just a really relaxing hotel, and we’ll be back with the kids next time.

There wasn’t a single negative thing to say.
