Great location with a really friendly, helpful guy working at reception. The room was clean and came with plenty of bedding and complementary towels which is rare for an albergue and very much appreciated.

It would be useful to have more shelves in the shower to hold soap and other equipment

Love the old building, it oozes historic charm. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the hosts are delightful. Would absolutely stay here again it’s right in the heart of the old town. 10/10

Great location in the heart of Santillana, the Aubergue is a beautiful building with lots of character, as are the 2 men who run it, they were so friendly. Our room was very large and clean.

Situated in a beautiful old building in the heart of the town- this is a top spot. parking is a two minute walk away. We travelled with our three children and we were all comfortable in our dorm. The place was spotless and the people who worked there were really friendly and helpful. very good value too.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The building is super interesting and full of unique items, ask reception about them if you’re curious!
