Very central location. The hotel was clean and excellent breakfast and it started from 7am which was perfect for us as we had to get on the road early. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It's a good place to visit with many museums and medieval buildings.

We were on the second floor and the bedroom was in the eves of the roof. This unfortunately resulted in many bumped heads, especially in the night going to the loo. If you are tall you would struggle in this room. Apart from that a lovely stay and would use it again just not the second floor.

We have scheduled arrival and the attention of the reception staff very well two days to rest from the long trip. They have not explained with a detailed map of the city of Santillana del Mar of all its monuments, museums, houses, etc. 100 meters from the center. The rooms Very good views of the mountain with green meadows. Spacious with old decoration according to this tourist city. Very complete bathrooms and powerful water shower. The breakfast is typical American breakfast and complete and personalized attention. And the Wifi has coverage throughout the establishment. To say that it is easy to park the car, well indicated on the road the Hotel Los Angels by signs there is no loss.Good attention from Javier and all his team at the Hotel

After a long journey from south of Spain we were greeted with a very warm welcome. The hotel was spotless clean, very cosy and warm 10/10. The staff were so attentive and helpful. The hotel was in an excellent location, a couple of minutes walk to centre. Our ferry was delayed by two days, and unfortunately the hotel was fully booked for the extra days, but they offered to accommodate us in another part of the hotel……customer service top notch with a warm helpful manner. There was nothing to dislike!!!

The hotel is situated at a little park just outside the old town of Santillana del Mar. The staff was very kind and helpfull, and we were allowed to bring towels when driving to the beach. The breakfast included was good, but not exceptional. The rooms were big and clean, and the beds were very good.

We would prefere less staff serving during breakfast, and that there instead was a bigger focus on more variation in the breakfast. Especially as we stayed there for 5 nights.

Great little find just steps from town. Rooms are comfortable, large and with a great bathroom. Staff was super helpful and friendly (they even remembered my breakfast order the second day). Breakfast was simple but plentiful and tasty. Definitely a great value AND they have their own parking area. Would definitely recommend!

Decor could be updated a bit. Rooms have a window and don't have A/C which is fine but a fan might be nice to circulate some air .

This hotel is a gem, this was our second time staying at this location. Javier greeted us again with a smile and made us welcome nothing was to much trouble for him and the remaining staff. Very handy having a private car park at no extra cost. Location perfect for walking to the centre and not to far for the Santander ferry. See you next year. Ian & Lynn

This hotel was excellent and Javier and his staff was brilliant nothing was to much trouble, just a short walk to the main centre of the town. Private parking was excellent and secure, breakfast was lovely and will definitely return Thank you Javier and staff.

Just one thing I would say we stayed one night if anymore I would ask for a room at the rear of the hotel. It was summer September 03, so very busy outside with noise, definitely after September would be perfect.

a lovely hotel in a traditional building. free parking. comfortable beds. Nice continental breakfast included in the very reasonable price. conveniently located for access to the village. thoroughly recommended

the room on the second floor was quite small and had a very low ceiling but this did not spoil our stay.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.The location is fantastic. The breakfast has alot of variety.

Well this is just a personal preference. I was staying one night before I travel to Santender. But the noise in the actual hotel is for me was too much. It's a lovely old building. With creaky floors. You can hear people below, above in the rooms next door.The amount of screaming children was horrendous. But again I can't cope with screaming children.

Staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to help me with some travel arrangements. Despite being near a major highway, the room was fairly well sound proofed. Good air conditioning/heating system.
