A stunningly beautiful hotel with wonderful staff who couldn't do enough for us. A fabulous location - 10 minute walk to the main sights but a peaceful location that felt like locals lived there too. This was a special occasion trip (to celebrate a significant birthday) and the hotel went above and beyond to make it very special.

The only (very minor!) niggle was that the room was quite warm - but I am not very heat tolerant in any event and it was very early spring in Seville, so the hotel (quite rightly) were not running the air-conditioning at this time.

The property was lovely and ideally situated near Real Alcazar and the cathedral. It was a very pretty setting and well kept. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very kind and helpful. I wish I was there at a warmer time of year in order to make use of the rooftop terrace and pool!

The bed was a little uncomfortable and left me with a sore back. The mattress was quite slanted in the centre. I had a massage in the spa, and while the masseuse was very kind, it wasn’t a real massage at all. She gently rubbed oil on me for 60 minutes, using no pressure at all.

This hotel is beautiful with the rooms opening out onto a central courtyard. There is a rooftop pool and relaxing/drinking area. It is close enough to the centre to walk but unless you know the city well you will need your map/satnav - lots of narrow cobbled streets. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (and spoke excellent English). The breakfast was delicious with fruits, juices, meats, cheeses, etc and a cooked option. It is on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. We would definitely recommend it.

We loved it all

Conservative restoration thanks to a curated design and decor, everything around the hotel is just beautiful, from the rooms to the common areas. Modern but warm. The location makes it quiet yet easy to get around the city center. The room was large considering it is a city hotel in an old building, and it had all we needed. The mattress, pillows and bathrobes were very good quality. Lovely rooftop with sun beds and chairs and a small pool for a refreshing break, plus they provide separate towels. The common areas on the ground floor also provide a few good spots for calls or emails should one need to work for a while without disturbing the other person in the room.

If I have to find a downside about the room was it faced on the main corridor and staircase, so this can mean noises can be heard both sides. To make guests even more comfortable (especially ones who want to have a lie in) it may be worth soundproofing the rooms, considering the structure of the building makes most of the them directly facing the internal corridors/courtyard, meaning other guests/staff are often passing by. Also, the food was good (we had both breakfast and once dinner there) but we often had the impression the waiting staff was in a bit of a rush, and the opening hours were not as late as we expected considering we were in southern Spain. No deal breakers though.

This hotel is in the old town but easily accessible and a short walk from the city centre. The staff are amazing. Extremely helpful, polite and really ensure you have the best stay possible. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room was on the ground floor, we had a deluxe double so it was a large room with a king bed. A very nice bathroom. It has a lovely restaurant and you can also eat out in the terrace area if you prefer. The swimming pool on the roof was a surprise bonus. There is a bar area and loungers. After a long day sight seeing it was delightful to have a dip and relax on the loungers. We stayed 3 nights and absolutely loved it.

Nothing really. It is an old building tastefully turned into a hotel/destination with a great team of staff.

Charming hotel with unique rooms. Nice spa. Good breakfast

Staff was not very friendly— one family in our group tried to eat dinner in restaurant. They were told to wait because they had arrived at 7:30. They waited until 8:00 and then were told they couldn’t be accommodated in restaurant. They weren’t offered the terrace menu, which was available. Meanwhile my husband and I arrived a few minutes later and were able to eat in terrace — though the waitress brought us the bill in the middle of our dinner (without asking if we wanted anything else) and then she told us her advice to us would be to hurry up if we want anything else because she needed to focus on the restaurant, which incidentally was basically empty all night.

The staff (Marta, Miguel and Carlos) were very accommodating to all questions and needs. Our first night was in a smaller room that didn't fit us that well. They immediately allowed us to move to a room of our choice for the remainder of our stay after conversing with them the following morning. The location of the property was superb as it was in easy walking distance to all things important in Sevilla. Loved the baskets of oranges around the rooms and apples as well. Those were nice treats to grab and go with.

The breakfast buffet was a little more expensive than we prefer to spend but it was visually lovely. We did not eat a breakfast there only a few lunches / snack and they were tasty and fairly priced.

All of the staff that we met were very professional and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of food to choose from. The decor was lovely, and there were lots of different and quirky areas to enjoy and relax in, with nice interior design touches. The rooftop pool area was great to come back to after a very tiring day sightseeing. It had a lovely relaxing atmosphere and was a very welcome added bonus.

The bedroom was very dark. Not enough natural light. If I returned to stay in the hotel in the future, I would specify a preference for a room at the front of the hotel, which is much lighter.

Amazing, little, butique-like hotel in a historic buulding and walking distance to the city centre. Staff were super-helpful and service was great - both close to a 5* star hotel service. Our highlight was a 100-year-old banana tree in the restaurant patio under which we had our breakfasts ;-)

We liked pretty much everything - gun to head, perhaps breakfast could have been a little more varied.

It’s a lovely old building with friendly professional staff. Good sitting areas both in the courtyards and inside. Excellent restuarant with local produce starring in their dishes. Easy walk into the old town.

We have stayed there 3 or 4 times before several years ago and the renovations seem to have removed some of the patina and charm. That said, we were told that it needed refreshing and our room was comfortable and well done.
