The location of the hotel is fabulous. Easy to walk anywhere you wish to go, from Plaza de España and the Flamenco museum to the old town, Triana and all the top sights. The hotel itself is lovely. Very modern when you walk into reception area and our room was spacious (we had a double room with terrace at the top of the building) with a big bathroom and terrace. We did notice that a lot of ants had appeared in our room on day 2, and so we reported this to the receptionist and the cleaners worked their magic whilst we were exploring the city for the day. We didn’t see an ant ever again after this, so whatever they did/used totally worked 😊 we were in Seville 5 days. Our room had a kettle, hairdryer, toiletries (including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soaps, toothbrush and paste kits, and body milk. Also, we had a safe and a mini bar (didn’t use the mini bar - you will be charged for doing so), and two free cartons of water. Air conditioning unit and plenty of towels included in room too. We chose a room with a terrace as we like sitting outside in the morning before hitting the streets and exploring, and our terrace was big with table and chairs and two sun-loungers. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment, but plenty of places on the doorstep if you want to go elsewhere. Plenty of bars and places to eat lunch and dinner on your doorstep too. We only dealt with reception staff throughout our stay and they were all friendly and always greeted us with a big smile. Service here is very good. It was our first trip to Seville and we were happy we picked this hotel as it gave us everything we wanted and was close to everything worth seeing and doing. We would definitely stay again if we return to Seville (which we hope to do so as the city is soooo beautiful).

Room, terrace, reception staff, location

The location was superb - easy flat walking to all the attractions Seville offers. The foyer of the hotel was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was very inviting to sit there and relax/people watch/read one of the large selection of books on display. The dining room was well set out, the array of breakfast food delicious, and they were generous when I asked for gluten free bread, providing cup cakes as well. Staff were very helpful when we had to check in at 1:30am, helping me report stolen phone, liaising with taxi driver who brought back money after double charging us . All in all a great stay.

Great location for Semana Santa in Sevilla The room, though small, was well laid out and I had lots of space to spread out my things for my 7 day stay The staff were all very pleasant and helpful I had the breakfast for 3 mornings and it was a very tasty and good variety of items at a reasonable price

It was really expensive. Somehow I thought that, by committing to being there for 7 days and paying the high amount, I might be getting a balcony view of the processions but that was not the case. Also, I did not like the way the issues surrounding payment were handled. Normally when the booking listing says you will have to pay in advance, that is all handled through booking.com without problems. This time, I was being asked to make the payment through a third party site that I had no experience with, and that didn't work for my credit cards for some reason. in the future, this has to be clearly indicated in the booking description as to how this will be done, so that I can avoid choosing these types of bookings.

The good size of the room and bathroom. Bed comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Lots of light in room. Kettle, safe and mini fridge in room. Very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast room was spacious and selection of food was extensive. Breakfast staff was always pleasant and discreet. The hotel was situated within walking distance of all the places I wanted to visit in Seville. The bus from the airport stopped about 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The only lift in the hotel was broken on a couple of days and for most of my stay the fourth floor access to the lift was broken. Wondered how people managed if they had issues using stairs

The breakfast is amazing, you can make a whole charcuterie board with all the items available and they are delicious. The room was super clean, the shower is amazing, the amenities provided are of high quality as well. The staff is super polite, helpful and gentle, and one of the highlights of the hotel. The location is at max a 15m walk from all the great places, is super safe and with multiple restaurants and bars close by. And the hotel smell is amazing, everywhere you go there is this wonderful smell of a place that is clean and well taken care of.

Nothing, it was really excellent. The only super small complain is that the air conditioning controller on the wall was a bit finicky, but after you configure it was working as expected but other than that it was perfect.

The staff was incredibly kind - special thanks to José! We accidentally left something behind at the hotel and didn’t even realize it or knew where it was until two days later. Thankfully, they had already emailed us to let us know it was found. Truly appreciate the honesty considering the amount of things that disappear when left behind in hotels. The beds were super comfortable! Oh, and the handmade written card on the bed was also superb :)

Very happy with my stay here. Room was comfortable and warm in winter. Although it was a street-facing room, the sound insulation was good so it was quiet in the room. Staff at reception were helpful and professional. The location was great, I could walk to most places I wanted to go to, lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood, and there’s a taxi stand right outside. The only things I would improve are the toilet seat (it seems smaller than a normal toilet seat, and might be an issue for a larger-sized parson) and the 2 steps up from the room entrance which was a bit odd.

Excellent location. Easy access. 6th floor very quiet. Helpful staff. Good breakfast if a little expensive. Felt it was good value for a January stay. Nice to have full toiletries in bathroom. Beds were very comfy with good pillows.

Rooms need better heating/extraction. On the 6th floor the 2 fire doors to the outside were constantly propped open, creating a cold draft. Bathroom has a light that won't go out and then a glass door so it shines into bedroom all night. Tea/coffee not replenished - have to ask at reception. Only 1 very small lift.

Location .. 3 min walk from river and Triana bridge. 5 min walk from plaza de armas for buses. 10 mins walk from centre with cathedral and Alcazarc. Lovely room . Staff . We were left a couple of bottles of cava for our anniversary .

Breakfast selection was good and varied … plenty of choice but not for my taste unfortunately . Yoghurt was lovely with loads of nuts seeds fruit etc but warm selection was a bit strange for English taste ie potatoes with salt , broccoli .there were scrambled eggs but I felt the price of breakfast was a bit steep personally for what I ate . Bin in reception was overflowing a couple of times.

The staff was super welcoming and helpful with recommendations. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were a lot of choices. The room has been clean and spacious..we had a little balcony on the main road and it was quite and cozy (see picture for the view). Perfect position for visiting the city center and reaching the airport and using the public transportation. Very recommended!

Side note, the bathroom didn't have a perfect air circulation, but it is spacious and with all the accessories and utilities.
