Be careful with paying with the credit in euros at the reception,their bank has a ridiculous exchange rate.I had one price on booking,I ended up paying with 150 euros more than the initial price and they did not even care about it.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The entire place was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated the great recommendations they gave us for restaurants and spots to check out in the neighbourhood — it made our experience even better. The pool area was another highlight: clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. Breakfast was also decent, with a diverse selection that suited different tastes. Overall, it’s a great spot with a welcoming atmosphere and good value for the price.

The walls are quite thin, so we could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms. It wasn’t a major issue, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. Additionally, there were a few small maintenance details — for example, a rusty door in the hallway — that could use some attention. These didn’t impact our stay, but fixing them would definitely enhance the overall feel of the place.

The location was great, such a nice 10 minutes walk from the beach. The hotel was clean and well maintained! The breakfast was amazing! Great variety of foods, delicious and tables are always full! The evening programmes are cool and fun! The staff was nice : recepcionists were helpful, the animator lady was super motivated and engaged, bartenders and waiters are polite and kind, the cleaning staff were precise and thorough.

I have just a tiny suggestion. In really hot summer days, it would be amazing if the rooms were equipped with a small fridge. We missed!

swimming pool only from 10 to 18 I like to swim in the morning or late evening, when no people. Unfortunately this is not possible. I understand that they need to clean it, but at least they can do two days per week when you can swim later or early When I move in my shower was not working next day. I asked them to fix it and it was fixed. Dinner time is a bit too late, so i didnt try it😄 I always wanted to eat around 16 or 17, and dinner is from 19:30

I had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing the perfect environment to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with any request, making us feel truly welcome. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It was included with our booking, and we were impressed by the variety and quality of the food. Whether you prefer a light meal or a more substantial breakfast, there was something for everyone.

However, there were some key amenities missing in the room that affected the convenience of our stay. There was no bottled water provided, nor were there any cups, a refrigerator, or an electric kettle with tea and coffee, which are usually standard in many hotels. Additionally, there was a charge for towel replacement, which felt a bit excessive considering the room rate.

Beautiful hotel, in a perfect location.Close enough to the beach and shopping street, but far enough away to be really peaceful .The staff were amazing, Diana, the entertainment coordinator was great, so friendly & full of useful tips about our holiday.The nightly entertainment was also very good.

Some of the strict rules around breakfast time.! It finished very sharply at 10am, would have liked possibly a half hour longer.Had dinner on a few occasions which was fantastic, great selection on each occasion.Even though we were having a drink before dinner in the bar we were unable to bring our drinks to the restaurant.

I liked the service. The room is large. Parking is free and close by. Cheap accommodation.

Nothing remarkable about the food, but there's plenty of it. There were ants in the room. The water from the sewage system stinks. No drinks in the evening, not even water or juice for the baby. Only for money. The safe in the room is on a regular key. And there wasn't one. The door in the room does not close from the inside so that the child cannot get out.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room was cleaned daily, staff was exceptionally friendly and there was great entertainment, especially for kids. The drinks at the bar were excellent. We look forward to visiting again soon.

As a seafood lover, I would appreciate a wider selection of seafood options, but that's just my personal preference.

Overall, I was pleased with the location, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff.

However, I was disappointed with the food - it was varied but not very tasty. Additionally, the pool only operates from 10am to 6pm, which was inconvenient for me.
